The donuts and ricotta cookies from Mill Cafe and Bakery are ‘light-years’ ahead of anyone else in the North Idaho Panhandle area. The baker allows old-school ‘multi-day dough risings’, which is unheard of anymore. We grab ’em as a snack before fishing the area’s many rivers.
