Me and my girlfriend visited right before our concert and we were excited by the presentation of shakes, that was until our shakes and food took over 40 minutes!! Not only that but we watched the workers man handle the shakes and stick their bare hands in them to decorate them, if that wants enough the food serving size for the chicken tenders was just sad you can hardly call it a night much less a tender I would expect much better for 12$ of 4 tenders. The cherry on top my girlfriend wanted a souvenir cup and we didn’t get it till we raised the issue. DO NOT COME HERE, OVER PRICED GARBAGE!!

We visited “Milkshake Momma” excited for a sugar rush, and for the most part, we got it! Four of our five ice creams were absolutely fantastic. The shop itself is adorable, decked out in a mermaid theme with what looked like truly luxurious, tempting creations.
Unfortunately, our visit took an unexpected turn with my son’s milkshake. It had a strangely “off” and unpleasant flavor – so much so that our whole family tasted it to confirm, and we’re usually easy to please when it comes to sweets! Concerned, I approached the counter. The first staff member I spoke with was kind and even mentioned that someone else had reported the same issue with that particular shake earlier, indicating it might be a recurring problem.
However, the situation quickly deteriorated when the manager on duty became involved. When I explained the issue, her response was a dismissive, “it’s not like we make the ice cream here.” She offered to remake it but immediately added, “it’s gonna be a long wait because there are lots of people in front of you.” I was quite taken aback. I wasn’t asking for anything free, just a resolution to a genuinely bad product, and her tone made me feel like an inconvenience and a complainer. It was so upsetting that I actually had to step outside to compose myself.
About 15-20 minutes later, after my son had already eaten my milkshake (as he was hungry and the other was inedible), the manager reappeared. She asked, “so do you still want that replacement shake?” Given the delay and the circumstances, I politely asked if a refund was possible instead, especially since the shake was untouched. She flatly stated she couldn’t issue one, advising me to return on Monday to speak with the owner for a potential coupon or refund.
Knowing we were leaving for Michigan the next day, I simply said, “never mind, it’s fine.” My mom, seeing my distress, intervened and spoke with the manager, who then offered a slice of cheesecake. We accepted the cheesecake and left, but the interaction left a bitter taste far worse than the shake.
While the shop’s concept and most of its treats are wonderful, the lack of empathy and poor customer service in handling a legitimate product complaint was deeply disappointing. It’s a shame, as the initial impression of Milkshake Mommas was so positive.

We ordered a milkshake and slice of cheesecake from here through Door Dash. My boyfriend loved his shake. The cheesecake was good, but it wasn’t exactly what I ordered. Apparently they have an Over the Top Cheesecake where you can add extras to it, inside and out, and they only added 2 mini Reese’s cups with a couple of drops of whipped cream. Like I said, it was good, but not what I ordered.

We didn’t eat any of the plates below. A hot dog yes but The Big Don and the chopped up hot dog. We also had a delicious Shake and a Sundae. My wife had the Mustang Sally and I had The Range. Oh my gaaahhhh y’all this was fantastic food topped off with a cool ice cream delight. The staff super friendly and helpful. Courteous and kind. We checked out several selections of ice cream on Google Maps and drove the extra mile to come here and it was worth every penny and every minute traveling there from Perdido. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to check the place out based on the catchy name. They had a wide variety of items available but we didn’t end up trying any of the milkshakes. We ended up purchasing a souvenir jar to bring home. The staff was friendly and eager to help us. Has a small amount of outdoor seating. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking.

We had the thic sunday with chopped Reese and Oreos, a Shark bite milkshake and The Range milkshake. All good options and the soft serve tastes more like homemade ice cream. Definitely put it on your list to try at least once! They also serve burgers, chili dogs that type of food. Sorry the shark bite was almost gone before I could get a picture of it

I went here last year & probably will be back again this year. Their milkshakes are like artwork. You’d have to order one of their 20 dollar ones to see what I mean. I had the chocolate & peanut butter milkshake. It was big, it tasted great, & very unique looking. Is it worth 20 dollars tho? I’d say that’s subjective but I think for a one time deal at least, it’s worth it. Overall, they got a good milkshake & different kinds too. It’s just a matter of is it worth the price. For me, it’s worth it at least once.
