I need to love this place less, as there is no chance the shakes are low cal! My favorite is an Oreo shake with peanut butter mixed in. The coffee flavor is also awesome. Staff are super nice and it always looks clean when I am there.

Ordered a plain vanilla milkshake from a store at my local mall, I found a small piece of.. I’m not quite sure what while using a straw, it was crunchy and didn’t taste like anything, but it wasn’t supposed to be there. Overall, I do feel like something should be done to prevent this sort of instance for future customers, since not knowing what that thing was was a little unnerving. On a positive note though, service was very friendly and the atmosphere felt very cozy and welcoming.
