I’ve been to the one in dun-tun and enjoyed it. So I was really excited to see one a lot closer to me! Delicious shakes, reasonable price, polite staff and extremely clean. They also have dairy free shakes and there’s no difference its crazy good!

Wasn’t impressed for the price that you pay.. almost 8.50 for a milkshake that isn’t what I would even consider a large size. The milkshake tasted good but it wasn’t worth the price good. They only have 1 size of milk shakes I am happy I didn’t get a more expensive flavor.

We celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday here! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with yummy sundaes for the kids and a warm atmosphere for all of us to celebrate together. Kolby made the birthday girl feel very special by creating a special sundae just for her! We can’t say enough good things! The staff was friendly and a direct reflection of their awesome manager. The milkshake factory is a wonderful addition to the murrysville community!

First experience at Milkshake Factory was very positive! The guy working (I assume he was the manager) greeted us like we were his good friends and when I offered to take their picture (because they were attempting to take a pic when we walked in) he said “let me make you a shake first” and proceeded to offer us a cookie for the offer. Service definitely exceeded expectations. Milkshake was also very good! $9 for a shake is a bit pricey, but would stop here again for a treat.

Such a clean and fresh atmosphere with superbly friendly service and the food is amazing! Housemade chocolate right from the spigot! Knowing the company has evolved over the last 110 years is an amazing thing to see as well. Will absolutely be back!

Workers were patient and kind to us as first time (and out of state) customers. There was a redhead worker yesterday that gave excellent choices to help narrow down our options. Will 1000% come here again. The chocolate bark was delicious, and the shakes weren’t heavy like you would’ve thought with lots of flavor.
