There is a lot of available parking in the shared lot. The store was clean and staff were welcoming. There was only one group of people ahead of us. The milkshakes were made quickly. I love cookie dough ice cream and I was not impressed with the cookie dough fudge milkshake. I don’t know what was in it that I didn’t enjoy, but the cookie brownie fudge milkshake was delicious. I also tried the cookie jar milkshake and that was better than the normal cookie dough one. Overall it was $17-$20 for two milkshakes both times. The prices are too high to justify making this a frequent stop.

Very high class milkshake shop! Service was very fast and there is a great seating area for larger families. We ended up with 4 milkshakes and 1 sundae and all of them looked just like the pictures and tasted even better! We will definitely be back next time we are in the Moon area.

The milkshakes we had were good and they made them quickly. The staff were polite. However, for the quality of the milkshakes, they are simply overpriced. We won’t be coming back because we weren’t blown away by what we had and we can get similar shakes from local ice cream shops that aren’t part of a chain. I’m a big believer that if a chain can do it better, shop/eat/drink there but if they can’t, don’t. This is one chain I honestly don’t see surviving at this price point.

Shakes were excellent as usual. Other people that leave reviews and complain about prices should stay home. They obviously can’t afford to dine out and should stay in. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.

So, my husband, my toddler & I have never had the milkshake factory and wanted to do something together tonight. We ordered about 40$ worth of treats and were excited. My husband found this toenail in his milkshake. He even pulled it from his mouth when it happened. We are beyond disappointed and disgusted that our first impression was this. I don’t even know how this even happens..

Great shakes, chocolates and decor of restaurant.
Service was good and quick but customer service wasn’t there. No genuine smile or greeting while taking our order. She seemed bored being there.
