By far the best milk shake. I took my nephew here and got a chocolate cake shake and a chocolate dipped strawberry – so good!!! Really friendly staff and easy to order, no wait. I really enjoyed the shake and would get again.

Don’s wife Jinger here: We stopped here today between 1:30pm-2pm .No other customers in place but us & 2 clerks behind counter. No greeting when we came in. 1 clerk on knees cleaning a piece if equipment behind counter. The other one decided to mop sales floor. We stood there a few minutes. Still no one spoke to us. Clerk with mop returned behind counter, asked what we wanted as she picked up candy bag & tongs. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS after she stopped mopping!!! We left & I told her the reason why. Won’t be going to any of their establishments again.

while I was at work, there was a young lady handing out applications for the milkshake factory. She also had samples of the chocolate they sell. I was amazed it’s produced in house. She pleasantly took her time with me. I was surprised this place has been around for almost my 5 years and I didn’t know about it. I stopped in today and was greeted warmly by staff. I took nine pieces of bark home to share with my kids and grandkids!!!! What a treat

I happened upon this place, heading to a basketball tournament out that way. I stopped in, was pleasantly surprised how wonderfully organized The chocolate presentation was, and how knowledgeable and pleasant the staff was. No doubt, the chocolate covered pretzels from here , put every other chocolate pretzel to shame. These are the best around

On Thursday night May 1st 2025 myself, my aunt and mom came to your business for dessert. We had no power at our house for 2 days Because of the bad storm that came through. We were not treated very well by a young manager that was on duty. It was very busy and we waited 20 minutes for our desserts. We sat down started eating and this manager came over and told us to leave because they were closing. I have never in my life been so disrespected at an establishment . If people order food they should be able to stay and finish their meals. That is the right thing to do. He was rude and had no patience with us being the customer. Quick to take our money and quick to give us a kick out the door.

The best Milkshake Factory around (even though they are all great)! The staff is always extremely friendly and personable. My wife and I stop in every week to grab a Classic Strawberry shake for my grandmother and usually end up getting something for ourselves too. Every single time our order comes out perfect. We are always well taken care of and leave with a smile and a delicious treat or 3. (Phone doesn’t always eat first, couldn’t resist a few sips before taking the pic)
