This is a great, little place offering elevated milkshakes and treats. It’s a rather limited menu, but everything seems to be made with high quality ingredients. The staff were super friendly and shared their favorite menu items. I went with the chocolate covered strawberry shake, which was really good, but very rich. I’ll probably just stick to a classic next time. My kid’s both loved their treats. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

Me and my daughter were in the area, so we decided to try this shop for a treat. It was very clean and the lady working was very friendly. Our order was ready very quickly. My daughter got the chocolate cake shake, and I got the strawberry chocolate cup. It was so good. We also got 2 dubai chocolate squares. It’s a little pricey, but for a treat or a date night, it’s very worth it. We loved it and will be coming back.

Decadent. First time trying this place and my son loves it. For around $9 a shake, this is a BiG Once in While place. This is not your go to milkshake place for the price. It is expensive but very good. I got him a Fudge Brownie cookies and cream shake, I think. I had a taste and it was pretty good. Good service, really nice interior, but it will make you use your wallet.

I had the most wonderful visit to the Milkshake Factory. The owner was so sweet and courteous! I tried their dairy free milkshake and it was AMAZING! I would have never guessed it didn’t have dairy in it. Everything looked so delicious and such quality items!

It was my first visit to Milkshake Factory. The store was very clean. The staff was attentive and kind. The high quality ingredients make their products taste fabulous. Each order is made as ordered the line moved quickly. I didn’t wait long at all for my cheesecake sundae.

The staff is very friendly and they have lot of options in chocolates and milkshakes. We got Chocolatier milkshake which was on sweeter side for me but was tasty. The other milkshake that we got was the Classic Chocolate and felt it was more chocolaty than sweet which we liked. Overall lot of options and you can pick based on your liking!

We ordered a Campfire shake and a banana cream pie shake. Both were very good. Rich flavor. The only downside is the price. Its a bit expensive when I can get a similar item as a local ice cream place for half the price. Good location though…likely gets a lot of Kings Island traffic.

Yum! I got the cookie jar, my husband got a raspberry shake, my daughter got the strawberry molten cup. We all enjoyed! Delicious without being overly sweet. Would definitely come back. I can tell the whipped cream is made in house. Delightful!
