This is such a wonderful new addition to the town. We were very excited to learn of this store coming to the community and we looked forward to trying it. We were NOT disappointed! It was absolutely amazing, of course! The milkshakes were delicious, and well made, and the chocolate bark was just as delicious as well. We enjoyed every sip and every bite. It’s such a fun shop and the staff welcomed us in with genuine smiles. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. We believe this will truly be a great success for the owners and for the community. We feel that it’s a much welcomed shop to the community. We look forward to many more visits and many more delicious shakes and treats. We certainly will be repeat guests, and quite often!

We stopped at this brand new location on one of their soft opening dates. What an Amazing ice cream shop The staff are friendly and nice, and move you along at a nice pace. The hot fudge sundae and chocolate pieces were capital D delicious . We even brought some back to PA to share with friends and family. The store is cozy, but also bright and modern but reminded us of a good ole ice cream shop. Everything was super clean and the store employees and customers had a great energy. We cannot wait to be back in town to visit them again.

So so good!! My family tried 3 different shakes, which we all loved! I even had the dairy-free, which you could not tell was dairy-free. And, we had chocolate samples; incredibly yummy! The place was also spotless, and the customer service was fast. A great addition to our area. We will go again…and again!

Cutest shop with unbelievable milkshakes!!! There were plenty of options to choose from— they have even more specialty desserts other than milkshakes including chocolate covered strawberries, pretzels and more. I spoke with Julie and Matt and they were both so friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all the ingredients! It was such a treat for all of us and definitely making this a favorite dessert spot!

Five-star review for MilkShake Factory FP. This new store is beautiful, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the Shakes are yummy! My family visited last night and it was bustling with energy and lots of customers. Fresh hand-made chocolate bark is an unexpected and amazing offering! (We bought 3 flavors ). The Shake menu is extensive – lots of flavors – I will be back to try them all! (We tried a Chocolate and a Mint Chip.) And maybe the happiest delight is a fresh dish of strawberries with fresh molten chocolate on top!

Last night we tried the much anticipated, Milkshake Factory in Florham Park! It was such a fun family treat! From the moment we walked in, the place had a great vibe — clean, welcoming, modern, and fun.
We ordered the Cookies & Cream milkshake, the Cookie Dough milkshake, and the Chocolate Covered Strawberry milkshake. Every single one was thick, creamy, and packed with flavor.
The Cookies & Cream was a classic done right — loaded with cookie pieces and perfectly blended. The Cookie Dough was a huge hit with the kids, with real chunks of dough in every sip. But the standout was definitely the Chocolate Covered Strawberry milkshake. It was absolutely delicious and so unique — rich chocolate blended with fresh strawberry flavor in a way that really tasted like biting into a chocolate-dipped strawberry. It felt a little more elevated and different from your typical shake.
Portions were generous, ingredients tasted fresh, and everything felt made with care. We’ll definitely be back to try more flavors and the store made chocolate bark . Such a great addition to Florham Park for a family dessert night.

The S’mores shake was so good I completely forgot to take a picture — which honestly tells you everything you need to know. 10/10.
I did manage to snap a photo of the chocolate bark, and it was just as impressive. Packed with mix-ins, rich, and perfectly crunchy, it’s way too easy to finish in one sitting.
Pro tip: take your photos first… you won’t have the self-control later.
Oh! Almost forgot – Super allergen friendly: gluten free, dairy free, etc. I’m GF and they had a whole guide that was very easy to follow.

Stopped in with my daughter and mom during their first week – SO glad we did!! The milkshakes are too good! I had the Cookie Jar and it was the perfect amount of cookie crumbles in the vanilla ice cream. The staff is very friendly. The shop is very clean. And even the bathroom is fun! Definitely worth checking out!!
