Best burgers in Cincy? Quote possibly. Certainly my current favorite. Stopped in a few weeks ago with some friends that had recently moved to the area. We took a bit to digest the menu as there were many options with plenty of differing flavors. I think we all wanted to order at least two, but we finally settled on our meal choices. Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. We all ordered shakes as well, which were delicious!
The smash burgers were cooked and seasoned perfectly. All accompanying items seemed to each have a distinct purpose, complimenting the patty and becoming this near-perfect vessel of nourishment. The picture of Jules from Pulp Fiction overlooking our table was prophetic in nature as these were, indeed, “tasty burgers”! I dared not to say “what” again.
If you haven’t been here yet, make it a priority to visit. You won’t be disappointed!!

Visited last Friday evening for the first time. What a great experience!
Double smash burger was hot and delicious.
Fries were crispy and hot.
Great selection of beers.
Also had a snag with our order but Matt (the manager) totally redeemed it!!!
Not only was the food hot and delicious but the service was awesome. :):):):):)
Thank you for Matt for making the even better!!! Excellent customer service with great food is not always easy to come by.

we’re visiting town for my sons birthday and was looking for a cool and new to us lunch spot near the cincy children’s museum and came across this place searching on google for burger places. walked in and was immediately greeted by the kindest lady, Kate, she explained the entire menu and helped us out ordering. we had the fastest service, the BEST food and the friendliest conversation! SO KIND and SO GOOD we’ll definitely be returning and i highly recommend the disco fries, smash burgers and dairy free milkshakes

Quite possibility my new favorite go to eatery in OTR/downtown Cincinnati.
Impressions:
Visited on a Sunday around 11:30am. Slightly busy but not crazy.
Dining room was very clean, well lit and inviting. Ordered and sat down. Our food was out in MINUTES! I was honestly shocked at how fast!
Employees were awesome, friendly and engaging. I had an self inflicted error/request of the cashier and was met with genuine helpfulness! Situations like this are usually met with the “UGH! eyeroll”. Not here! She took the time to help and not a hint of annoyance.
One employee stopped by our table to check in on us and we had an honest, friendly chat. We really felt welcomed and not rushed. Such a different vibe than you get in so many places these days. I cannot say enough good things here.
On to the meal!
Spicy burger -amazing. Perfectly blended heat and flavor. Crispy bacon. Juicy for a smash burger. Loved every bite!
Milkman burger-see above but without the heat or bacon. Pickle to burger ratio was outstanding and the amount of condiments was great, very much complimentary without taking over. Patty was perfectly seasoned.
Onion rings-perfect. Possibly the best I’ve ever had. Crispy outside, firm inside. Held together when biting into them. Cowboy ranch sauce was a bit spicy but well balanced with bold flavor.
French Fries- again, near perfection. Crispy and firm inside. Well salted but not too much…Fry sauce is great!
Boozy shakes-
Cookies and bourbon cream: OMG! So delish! Flavors of everything well balanced, undertones of bourbon flavor but not overpowering.
Basic Witch: Not overly pumpkin spiced with a great boozy balance. Booze didnt over power the shake.
Overall, if I could give 10/5 stars, I would. The only negative I can mention (always have to have negative, right?) is the napkins were difficult to get out of the dispenser, LOL! But..that may have been from the jalapeño juice I got in my eye….but that is another story!
Seriously, loved every bite / sip and you will too! Go here! Eat, drink and repeat!

A lovely spot! Stopped for lunch on the way home from Kentucky. Got burgers, fries and onion rings. All were really good quality and very tasty. Service was nice and attentive. The decor is a fun vibe. Seating areas were all very clean, as were the bathrooms. We will be back for sure!

The chocolate milkshake at Milkman Restaurant is absolutely incredible! It’s rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just indulgent enough. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the presentation makes it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re a chocolate lover—you won’t be disappointed!

Alex was very polite and helpful took great care of me and my family this was our first time here. Alex waited patiently as we looked over the menu and asked questions. There were 7 of us in total each of us ordered different food items from the menu and the food was delicious. We had strawberry and Oreo shakes, a strawberry lemon slush with Tito’s Vodka you can add shot’s to any shake or slush and not just Tito’s, they did offer different spirits. We had burgers, fries, and salads. The other staff was great too! I asked questions and they answered with a smile on their face and the whole experience was awesome. It was a lot of people who came in and out in just the time I was there. I spent 180 because everything was individually priced so be aware that your bill can be pricey if you’re with a large group and your picking up the tab. Overall I enjoyed it and I would love to come back again!

WOW! The dairy-free pumpkin milkshake was out of this world, cannot recommend highly enough to my lactose intolerant comrades. Our order came out super quickly even with a long line ahead of us. Service was outstanding as well. Burger & chili cheese dog were solid, 10/10

Cute space with a small but on-brand menu. I appreciated the vegetarian options but the flavor just wasn’t top tier, hard to do on tofu blocks. My friend enjoyed their burger but said it wasn’t as spicy as the name would suggest.
