We stop here every year on our family vacation! The fried pickles are amazing as is their tenderloin pizza!! A family favorite!
We stopped again this year and food was fantastic as always! The service was slow but our waitress was fantastic! She apologized several times as party of our group of 7 was done eating before others even had their food…. but with 1 cook its to be expected and it was worth the wait. Will definitely be back again next year

Had the pork tenderloin pizza 3 times in one week of hunting. It’s not good, its amazing, and I may have it 4 times in one week next year.

Great friendly little spot. Tenderloin pizza was better than expected, and I had high expectations do to reviews and word of mouth! Tenderloin ponyshoe was really good. We also had breaded cauliflower and corn nuggets! Both were very good! Worth the almost hr ride!

We drove 1 1/2 hrs because we heard of this amazing Tenderloin Pizza. Unfortunately, when we went to order, we were told they were out of Pizza Cheese, so no tenderloin pizzas or regular pizzas. They were also out of the garlic cheese nuggets. We settled on 1/2 order of fried pickles, a Tenderloin Horseshoe, a Club BLT with a baked potato. The Sweet Tea was amazing, the pickles breading was perfect, and the tenderloin was big! Limited staff, great teamwork among the employees that were working. Our waitress, was very welcoming, she greeted us, took our orders, food came out at a reasonable time, our drinks never went dry. She was checking out customers, on top of answering phones, organizing the pickups, and waited on all the tables, about 10 of them. She was all over the place, and still never ignored us. The decor looked like they were in the middle of remodeling. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

As the other reviewers posted, the place is tasty, the staff friendly, and the price is right. We ordered “full skillets” and when they say everything is in it, they mean Everything! It was so much food and so good. Our son got the burger and mac and cheese. Oh yeah, and because our 6 year old son has long hair, someone called the cops on us for child trafficking. We got pulled over a few miles up the highway and were let go because WE ARE NOT CHILD TRAFFICKERS, WE ARE ON VACATION!! That’s why only 4 stars, not 5.

I love small town family restaurants. It’s what I grew up on. The waitress, Sarah, was awesome. She went above and beyond from the moment she greeted us at the door. Best hometown restaurant experience I’ve had since my step-dad owned one when I was growing up.

I stumbled upon this quaint little place by accident during late morning, when I had gone to Barry for other business. My waitress, Savannah, was very courteous and pleasant!
When I walked in, my intentions were to order the tenderloin until I saw pork steak listed as the day’s special. With that, I had mashed potatoes, smothered in peppered country gravy and lima beans. The lima beans did not really agree with my taste because they were sweetened, to which the waitress explained that many of the items there were. Despite that, my food was quite delicious and I will most definitely find any excuse or reason I can to come back again!!
