USED to be such a good place but unfortunately has gone so far down in food quality and customer service. The last 3 times I’ve gone, I’ve had issues with the food and service.
Food: I’ve gotten chicken sandwiches multiple times that have been spoiled and had to be thrown away. I’ve wasted a lot of money, expecting them to fix their issues. I went back recently to get the fried cauliflower (hoping it would be better than the chicken) and it was just greasy and soggy. Absolutely disgusting!
Service: Their delivery times have only gotten slower and slower as I’ve gone there. They used to have much more staff but they seems to be struggling now. Waiting over 20 minutes for a coffee is crazy.
This place is way too expensive to be like this!

I went for lunch today and was extremely disappointed with the quantity at which they are claiming to provide guests. I have the picture of my $16 bowl next to the image that was shown for it on their self checkout and website. For $16 (which is truly so overpriced for a cauliflower rice bowl, veggies and an egg) I received half a bowl. When I went up to the counter to ask the lady because I was very confused by the different portion sizes from the picture I had seen she said that that was normally what it looks like portion wise. I was honestly shocked, the bowl was good, but they are definitely taking your money and it’s a scam. The lady was kind and the atmosphere is nice but $16 for half a bowl of veggies is wrong. I hope they can do something to fix that!

This place is large and looks pretty good. The service was ok but in comparison to other local coffee places it was lackluster. The coffee is good and it stays open pretty late. I also recognize I only got coffee and Milkbread is known for its food and coffee.

Milkbread is such a gem! The coffee is excellent, and I love that they even have a latte on draft… it’s smooth, refreshing, and such a unique touch. Their menu has plenty of healthy choices, but also some amazing comfort food, like the fried chicken biscuit, which is absolutely worth trying.
The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They even brought my dog a pup cup, which completely made our day.
Between the thoughtful service, delicious food, and outstanding coffee, Milkbread has quickly become a favorite.

I’ve eaten here before and it was decent but today I ordered an avocado toast and i do not recommend it. I felt like I was eating one of those homemade bird feeders you make as a kid. They used wayyyy too much everything but the bagel seasoning, a part of my avocado was nasty and one slice was $12 not to mention the mess it made.

We got 4 separate food items and have had 2 before, all have been very tasty and are fairly priced. The staff is very kind and helpful with choosing items. The coffee both hot and iced tasted excessively sour, and the latte was way too sweet even with half syrup requested. I would skip the coffee, but come for the food and bakery.

I came to this location because this was closer to my house than the Charlotte location. This place gets a 5 for aesthetics and atmosphere. The restaurant looks cute and chic. I ordered the hot dip chicken sandwich, fries and a glazed donut. Everything was $17.00 which is good these days. The chicken sandwich was nice and juicy not too spicy. Loved the fries and donut. Will definitely be back for the original chicken sandwich and the beet salad.

i got a chicken biscuit from this place, expecting it to be really good because they share some dishes with Kindred, which was a very good restaurant. however, the chicken had a lot of connective tissue which made it difficult to eat and the biscuit was pretty average. the entire menu looked very appealing, and the ranch dressing tasted fresh which was enjoyable. the environment was a nice open space.
