The food was delicious. I had the Salmon hash. The salmon is fried with a nice crispy seasoned batter. The hash was cheesy and really flavorful. My granddaughter had the catfish and grits. Catfish was well seasoned and fried hard. My daughter had the deviled eggs which was also fried. Overall the food was great.
Service. I think the waitress we had was not at her best bc she seemed to be the only waitress taking orders. She was a bit snappish, only refilled us when we asked and it took a long time, put our water in the plate we were using, and the one dish she brought she slammed on the table. This was my first time here so idk if that’s normal or if it was an anomaly. But the food was so good I’ll be going back and hoping it was an anomaly. I do want to say the guy who brought out our food was very warm to the guest.
Note: they do not serve alcohol yet and the place is one of their smaller restaurants (no more than 15 tables).

We had the chicken and waffles, and the food was honestly great. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the waffles were fresh and delicious. The kitchen definitely delivered.
Unfortunately, the service was a big letdown. There were only two tables in the entire restaurant, and it still took at least 10 minutes for someone to come over and take our drink order. We almost left because no one acknowledged us. There were two servers standing around, but no one seemed in a rush to help.
Once we finally ordered, the food came out great, but we never received any drink refills and had very little follow-up from the staff.
I’d come back for the chicken and waffles, but I really hope the service improves — especially when the restaurant isn’t busy.

Decided to drop in with my daughter this morning and couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received! We order on DoorDash from time to time but we wanted to experience dining in.
The moment we walked in, we were greeted and immediately seated. Our server, Cedric, came over to get our orders and made great suggestions. The sweet tea, handcrafted by him, was phenomenal. (Yes, I got one to go!) He was so nice and attentive! Good service is hard to find in our neck of the woods. If you know, you know!
The food was great as always! No complaints at all. Flavorful and large portions. Enough to take home and make my husband think I ordered him his own food.
We will definitely return and call to make sure Cedric is there to take care of us! He’s earned a loyal patron. ❤️

I just want to say.. the food was absolutely amazing! I was extremely impressed! The service and atmosphere was top tier! My family and I ate in and we felt at home! We will be returning! Our server John was extremely nice which made our visit even better! Kudos to such a great place!!!

The food is 10/10! The cashier Laila is super sweet and awesome at her job! I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Nick the general manager and he is so sweet and the customer service from everyone there was immaculate! I went two days in a row the food was so good the first day I had chicken and sweet potato waffles which was amazing but the second day I had the fried catfish and grits and that was chef’s kiss my mom had the shrimp and grits and I got a taste of that too and it was so good

Let me start by saying I have been to several milk and honey locations. This one is pretty small. But the customer service was great! The food was amazing except for the grits. The consistency and taste seemed as though they had been sitting in a pot from earlier that morning. We mentioned it to the server and he brought out potatoes to replace the grits. The potatoes were good and flavorful. The catfish was cooked and seasoned perfect. The price was great!

First time at this location. Went to celebrate a birthday with my sister friend! Our experience was wonderful. Loved the atmosphere the music very intimate setting! The food was great thanks to chef Ed and Aaron. I had the chicken and waffles the waffles was sweet potatoes the chicken was crispy and so good! I will definitely go back!

This was my first time trying Milk & Honey at this location, and I ordered the catfish and grits. It was excellent—definitely a 10 out of 10! I also had the shrimp pasta, which was flavorful, especially when paired with the strawberry biscuits. Overall, the food was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. The manager, Nick, personally brought us our food and checked in to make sure everything was great. I will definitely be coming back to try something new, and I encourage others to give it a try as well.

I ordered the chicken and waffles my wife ordered shrimp and grits. Both worth every penny. I tasted her dish and got one to go for my breakfast at work. A bit small but the atmosphere was great. Look forward to coming back soon
