I dined here with some of my sorority sisters on Saturday January 17th. We initially had a reservation for a large party but it only ended up being 7 of us. Starting with the pros: our server Milano was great. He gave great recs and was patient with us, he was also our bartender initially. I enjoyed my cocktail and my biscuits! The biscuits were fresh and I loved the sweet potato butter and peach jam.

Cons: My entree. I ordered the tale of two fish with all catfish. I will note it took a while to get our food and I wonder if some of it had been sitting because it wasn’t hot hot. But my fish was darker than one of my sisters who ordered the same thing and hard. A part of me thinks maybe the grease was old ? My grits were stiff and couldn’t even be stirred (also not hot). As I was eating I noticed a hair in my fish, I let out sever know and he asked me if I’d like something else or for a new dish. I opted for a new dish and asked for it to go. That fish was cooked perfectly and the grits were edible. I also ordered a side of the crispy smashed potatoes and the potatoes were just small round potatoes with unseasoned onions and green peppers tossed in the bowl. Across our party someone’s chicken (chicken & waffles) tasted old. And 2 people didn’t receive their sides (eggs, potatoes) from the kitchen so they just ensured they were removed from the bill. I will say there was a lot going on that day (a pedestrian was hit in the parking lot) but I don’t think that would have an impact on the kitchen staff. I’d possibly be open to trying another location but wouldn’t return to this one.

Vibrant modern decor atmosphere. Great songs selection. For Restaurant Week, the food was great, but had to save space for dessert because big portion. Cajun salmon chowder just enough of spices, hot and flavor. Crispy salmon hash was the best; crispy on the outside and moist and juicy inside. Shay, my server, gave great recommendation.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Beautifully done restaurant for a strip center. Great design and the waitstaff is amazing. I had a cup of gumbo which was delicious. 3 huge shrimp made it pop. I had the Peach Cobbler for desert. It’s a hand held version and was sweet, hot and perfect. This is a great restaurant to frequent. I will definitely be back !

We had an amazing lunch at Milk and Honey! The host at the door greeted us with a warm greeting. Our waitress, Carmen made our visit even more pleasant. Everything was delicious. From the Honey old bay wings to the crusted salmon hash to the chicken and waffles, the food was flavorful! I highly recommend checking out Milk and Honey and ask for Carmen.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Our service was fantastic. We had Kristin W. and she was attentive and exceptionally patient. The food lacked seasoning yet the presentation was superb.

It was our first time eating at Milk and Honey. We decided to try their breakfast food. We made reservations online. We arrived on time at 10:30. We were seated immediately. However, after about 15 minutes and nobody came to even acknowledge us. My husband flagged the hostess who sat us down. We told him we have been waiting. He said sorry he will be right back. He came back and took our order. He apologized but kept looking around like he didn’t want to serve us. Anyway, he took our order. We ordered hot chocolates but noticed our drinks came in paper cups instead of mugs like everyone else’s. I expect to drink from a mug when I dine in not a paper cup especially when the beverage is hot. You can see from the photo on the left a paper cup and the photo from the other table their drinks were served on a mug. Why our drinks in a paper cups???? Only the restaurant can answer that. Needless to say. Poor service and customer relations. Please treat your customers right because first impression is lasting. We still gave a good 22% tip for poor quality service.

Decent food, they excel at a couple of unique dishes. Nice decor. Wish they had a few more “regular” dishes, everything has a twist. The Waldorf location is brightly decorated with cute if small bar. I would return.

This is my first time ordering food from the Waldorf location and it was so disappointing. I ordered the 8 pieces fried chicken meal with 2 sides. First, I never got the biscuits. Second, the fried chicken is old, dry, and refried in dirty oil, and third, the candied yams are from a can. This meal cost me $50+ and I expected fresh food. I will never order from this location again. I’m very disappointed

I came in brunch, ordered calamari, they were super tiny…horrible…look like some bag frozen dish. There was more garnish of spinach leaves & jalapeños than anything else. French fries frozen with parsley sprinkle ..
The honey old bay wings taste like they were also from a frozen bag. Honey just poured
over fried naked wings could not taste old bay. Also men’s bathroom no tissue ..

I recommend don’t come here to spend $100.00 for trash. Not quality for the price.
