When I have to work long days, I always treat myself to Milio’s for dinner. Not only is the food always great and fresh, but the atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and refreshing. I always walk out smiling and just feeling better about my day. I tend to go at the same time of day whenever I visit, and the employees that work that shift are considerate and sweet. They even come around periodically and ask how the food is and if you need anything. This is a sandwich shop, but the little touches like that elevate it! I highly recommend frequenting this place. I have never been anything but happy with the experience. Also, the sandwich of the month is a fantastic deal- that’s always my go-to.

The subs here are good quality with a nice selection of meats and toppings. I’d say the quality is above Jimmy John’s and Cousins (better bread, fresh meats, great ratio of filling to bread), but below Jersey Mike’s (the meat isn’t grilled and the bread selection isn’t quite as good), and it’s priced accordingly. This location is supremely fast, and the sub is almost always done before I finish filling my drink. The physical location is also prime, as it’s located across the street from the university’s two largest dorms and below many of the university’s offices of employment. The restaurant has bar seating with a nice view of East Campus Mall. A great spot for a quick lunch or dinner.

It’s a very meh sandwich shop. I was debating between 1 star and 5 stars in the service category because there was only 1 worker working his butt off, but ultimately, I decided on 1 star. Unacceptable having one guy working register, making sandwiches, and doing dishes (not at all the guys fault).
