3.5- 4 Star Bagels for the area. Good selection of bagels, freshly made (freshly made on sight is hard to find in the area), flavored cream cheeses and sandwiches. Good quality of meat for lunch as well. There service was horrendous from when they first opened, but is slowly starting to get better. They were always polite, it used to be as if everyone who had worked there had no food service experience or was never learning from the experience of the day(s) before working there and dealing with customers. So kudos for getting more knowledgable employes. Everyone is polite. Coffee situation hasn’t improved. Never had coffee consistently bad to mediocre (destroys stomach, taste, etc). Ice coffee has been hot or not brewed at all? Use frozen coffee as ice cubes please! I still come here for the bagels (and coffee for some reason), just get all the ducks in a row and this place could be great. Best bagels in area goes to Clinton Bagel Co. for me, comparing to many many places I’ve been in and outside NYC (best ever). Prices are high and think they should come down some! Hopefully this was constructive from a UBE local.

Awesome breakfast menu! Fresh in house made bagels and muffins. Rare in this area! Absolutely fabulous! I can’t wait to try more things here!!!
