We stopped here on our short visit to Mystic Connecticut and enjoyed sitting on the patio with our pup. Tommy was our server and he was so friendly and helpful. He not only took great care of us but he also recommended another place for us to stop with our dog because he knew we would enjoy the vibe. This restaurant has a great patio but the inside is absolutely beautiful. Looks like they have a nice eat-in restaurant area on one side which we did not really go into but I did take a picture. The bar area opens up to a nice patio as well and it was a great day to sit out there and enjoy the sun. 5 stars for Tommy. We would go back there again just to visit with him!!

Just had a wonderful time at Milestone Mystic. We went for an early lunch and met up with friends we hadn’t seen in a while. Staff was very accommodating and didn’t rush us at all. We started with a delicious Brussel sprout dish and yummy cocktails. Our main courses were equally delicious. I highly recommend the Hanger Steak tips and garlic mashed potatoes. We will definitely go again!

We arrived late at night on our way to R.I and decided to have a late dinner at the place.
There was a live folk/country music that automatically caught our attention and hearts.
A few couples danced, which made it even more catchy.
We ordered a couple of burgers, a couples of steaks with smashed potatoes and a white pie (pizza).
All dishes were very good, with unique touch like chili honey on the pizza, great handling and seasoning of the potatoes and more.
The service was very friendly.

Delicious!! Tried them out by going to their happy hour and it more than exceeded expectations!! Perfectly cooked steak tips, absolutely delicious salad bowl and drink specials, what more could you want? Will become one of our go to places I’m sure. Superb comfort food with a twist in a sleek space with excellent music. The Betty White pizza with super-thin NY style crust, white cheeses and hot honey is superb! Meatballs with salad and garlic bread is entirely crave-worthy. The beet and Greek salads are delicious, and the wings are outstanding. The ambiance encourages gathering and lingering. My guest declared her espresso martini, “outstanding.” Just… GO!

We had a mixed experience here. We ordered a burger and the fish and chips. Unfortunately, the fish came out raw on the inside. Our waiter was very apologetic and immediately took it back to have a new one made, which we really appreciated. About 10 minutes later the replacement arrived, and while it was better, roughly 25% of it was still undercooked. This was also after waiting close to an hour for the food to come out initially.
On a positive note, the burger was good, and the service itself was genuinely kind and attentive. The manager even offered us a gift card, which was a thoughtful gesture — though we’re not from the area, so we won’t be able to use it.
I don’t doubt they’re trying, but if you order the fish, definitely check it carefully before eating… even if it’s your second one because the first wasn’t cooked.

This was our first time at the restaurant since it’s opened. The atmosphere and the decor are great. I really enjoyed some of the decorations and stylistic choices that they made in terms of the bathrooms and the bar. We were there on a Monday night, and while it was not busy the service was still relatively slow. They had a taco special as an appetizer which we ordered that we were really not impressed with. It really seems like a regular Old El Paso Taco with a fancy sauce (although the sauce was good). We also got the mushroom toast which was fantastic and I would highly recommend that. For entrees I had the steak tips which were good, but I expected more for a $36 plate. My wife got the good salad which she thought was good but nothing out of this world. My sangria was very good. Overall, I think this is a pretty great place to go and have some drinks after work, but we will not be coming back for dinner. Their brunch menu looks interesting, and I will definitely give it a try at some point, but overall it is really expensive and if it is anything like the dinner, just not worth the money.

Service was great-AND- the wait staff should learn not clear plates While people are still eating at the table unless asked. Additionally dropping off dessert menus while people are still eating is a big no no too unless, of course, somebody asked for a dessert menu at that time.
Now onto the food: The brussels sprouts were delicious! The beet dish was delicious leaving me wanting more. The salmon dish was delicious (though definitely overpriced, for what arrives ) -they DEFINITELY SHOULD serve it with some type of bread so you can sop up all that delicious sauce at the bottom of the bowl. Now for the pizza- decent enough… the outside crust is great, but the main portion of the pizza-needs to be cooked more to make the bottom crust stiffer.
All in all Milestone is a really great addition to downtown Mystic. The bar looks like total fun with a bunch of people socializing. We will definitely be back!

I just had a fabulous Birthday Celebration At Milestone – Mystic last night and had to post a Rave Review of the incredible service we received. Manager Mike & his superb team of servers, especially Wendy could not have been more friendly, accommodating and thoughtful in seeing to it that everything was done perfectly for our pre-arranged party of 20 guests. This included serving out the Birthday cake we brought in on a very busy Saturday night. The Reggae band performing was also great, and the food, as always was delicious. I recommend the “Royale With Cheese”.
