This place completely blew me away. I went for breakfast and didn’t expect to have one of those rare “food experience” moments — but that’s exactly what it was. The breakfast burrito is worth every single penny and then some. Packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and honestly unforgettable.
What really sets this place apart is the hospitality. Even the owners were coming over to check on us, asking if we needed anything and offering new sauces to try. You can tell they genuinely care about the food and the people who walk through the door. This spot is something special, and I’ll absolutely be back.

What is there not to love about this place? Have had nothing but great experiences here. The atmosphere is cozy, somehow warm yet vibrant, and welcoming. The service? Top notch. I knew (and think they did too) I’d become a fast regular. Shoutout Shirley, Eli, and the rest of the FOH crew! Now the food… hits. Every. Time. Contrary to popular opinion, I think the price to portion ratio is on point. Plus it’s worth it when you see/taste the care the cooks put into putting something on a plate. Thanks, MSC! See you soon!

Great size meals, unique and delicious. The Cinnamon sourdough focaccia was unreal and the pancakes were fluffy, crispy and delicious. Was looking for a good coffee in America (as an Australian) and ordered the flat white. It is the best one we have had to date (being here for a month) highly recommend visiting.

This new brunch spot is an amazing addition to Hoboken’s culinary landscape. This isn’t just brunch; it felt like a meticulously crafted culinary journey.

For our main courses, I ordered the sensational ricotta scrambled eggs, cooked to a juicy texture. It came paired with a vibrant cucumber and tomato salad that was bright and flavor-forward, making the entire plate feel incredibly wholesome, nourishing, and deeply satisfying. It’s the perfect antidote to the heavy, predictable brunch fare found elsewhere.

My husband’s selection, the breakfast burrito, was equally impressive, featuring unbelievably tender shredded beef that was bold, savory, and perfectly seasoned. It came with a flavorful aioli sauce that I also tried and looveddd!

For a sweeter finish, we had the ricotta pancakes with a blueberry compote. They were notably flavorful and held a pleasant, substantial texture. While they weren’t strictly dry, we added a side of maple syrup to achieve that super moist, decadent result—a simple tweak that made them even better.

The drinks were a highlight! I enjoyed an amazing iced lavender matcha latte (probably my favorite in Hoboken – sounds that they offer lavender year round ) and it was super creamy and perfectly balanced, expertly prepared by Meghan. My husband’s coffee was also amazing (and I’m not even a coffee drinker but surprisingly I enjoyed several sips!), served with beautiful latte art, showcasing Eli’s barista skills.

We enjoyed the pleasant outdoor dining area (first come, first served; we waited only 10 minutes and were able to dine with our dog—a huge plus!). If outdoor dining is a must, try to arrive a little early. It’s absolutely worth the short wait! If you have a bigger dog (mine is only 30lbs), the front tables have a larger semi-closed area so you can enjoy brunch without your dog saying hi to every person that passes by!

The service was warm, welcoming, and highly attentive. A special shout-out to Shirley, who was super friendly and made us feel right at home (and even remembered my name throughout the dining experience!) The owner also had stopped by to say hello which was a nice touch for a new local small business in the area! Highly recommend trying this new spot for brunch!:)

Came for brunch and had a good experience! It was very busy but we got lucky and got a small table after ordering. Service was good and food came out delicious. I ordered a honey pistachio iced latte and it was perfect!

100% delicious!!!! The place, servers and the food is 10/10!! The yogurt bowl is off the charts and I hope they keep it the same forever! The latte was delicious as well. Parking is difficult around there but it’s so worth it!

Why would anyone go back to this place is beyond me.

This is what we got:
– Flat white. No complaints about this one, it was alright.
– Breakfast burrito. What a disappointment. It was served cold on the inside (as if it had been reheated). So dry, my first mouthful was just potato and that’s like 80% of the burrito. It has about 1 egg and a couple pieces of shredded meat and that’s it. We paid $2 extra to “add avocado”: it’s mashed avocado in a small sauce cup (about a teaspoon). Got nauseous less than halfway through.
– Apple pie pancakes. Another disappointment. Looks nothing like the picture they have on the sign right outside. Again, so dry. Four small and thin slices of apple and zero flavor. It wasn’t even sweet, it tasted like nothing. The ricotta tasted like nothing, and the apple compote was stripped of any kind of flavor.

I rarely feel like I want my money back, but what a scam. Seems like all their budget goes into Instagram, paying off influencers and rent. Definitely not toward the food. Or neither toward the decor, everything inside looks so basic and formulaic.

I went here on a late Sunday afternoon in January after a run. The food was good and the vibes were quite nice. I’d highly recommend this place and would certainly visit again. I ordered an iced latte, breakfast sandwich (lol) and some fries and of which were great.

Sourdough Focaccia Cinnamon Bread is maybe the most truly fulfilling sweet treat I have ever consumed. It’s that serious. The birria goes stupid. I mean the only comparable one I can think off taste wise is off of a random truck in Jackson Heights. The quality is impeccable. The whole menu is a favorite, so choosing is akin to betraying the others. It’s simple, filling, worldly, flavorful. Love !

This is hands down the best breakfast/brunch food experience in Hoboken. The staff is always cordial and welcoming. The location is prime for that folksy, native Hoboken feel. The portions are perfectly sized. The menu is dynamic and there are always a surprise or 2 every time we go. There hasn’t been a plate of food or side or sauce that hasn’t made us at the least smile. Just fantastic.

Just to show the dedication and love for their business, the owner personally contacted me today after a slight mishap with an uber eats order. He instructed me on what they are going to do, covered a mistake that wasn’t made by the Miles Square team and took on full responsibility. This was all done expeditiously during one of their busiest times!

Traveled in 2 hours in traffic from Queens on the same day of the Dominican parade, and let me tell you it was completely worth it. We got there at 3:15, and they still had everything and were willing to make anything. Best egg sandwich and pancakes you can get in this area. Staff is super nice, and I one hundred percent recommend this place. The service, the food, the quality, and the vibe were immaculate. Please open one in Queens, New York!
