Ordered take-out. The portion size was tiny for my Vegetable Delight! For $15, I felt ripped off. Flavor was decent, but definitely not “medium” spicy–there was zero spice. My partner’s pho was good, but veggies were on the skimpy side. Not sure if we’ll be back. It has potential, but I’m feeling kinda disappointed and still hungry.

I met the owner of Mile High Pho randomly at the gym, and after hearing him confidently say he makes incredible pho, I had to see if it lived up to the talk. It absolutely did.
From the moment we walked in, the service was fast and welcoming. The food came out quickly, and you could tell right away everything was fresh. The pho itself was unreal one of the most flavorful broths I’ve ever had. Deep, rich, and balanced. The beef, tendon, and tripe were cooked perfectly, the noodles were spot on, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. Every bite just worked.
After the meal, the owner encouraged us to try their bubble tea and milk tea, and that ended up being the perfect finish. Smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet, clearly done right.
If you’re feeling adventurous, they also have the Mile High Pho Challenge: a massive bowl with 3 pounds of noodles, 3 pounds of meat, and all the broth, to be finished within the time limit. If you win, you get tickets to a sporting event. Even if you don’t attempt it, it says a lot about the fun, energetic culture they’ve built here.
Great food, great service, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they do. If you’re even remotely a pho fan, this spot is a must-try.

Love it here. The service is unmatched and the authenticity comes through in every bite. The broth is clean, deeply comforting, and the noodles are perfectly silky. The steamed dumplings are incredibly light; you can genuinely tell they’re handmade. Everything tastes intentional and consistent. 10/10 recommend.

One of the best pho place that I have tried! I tried out brisket and steak. The broth is refreshing and tasty! I would recommend this place to everyone who would drive pass this area! Louisville is close to Boulder, its about 10 mins from Boulder and its worth the drive to visit this place!

I ordered one medium and one large rare steak pho to go. For the second time I got the exact same portions between the two sizes. They also forgot the toppings. This will be the last time I’ll go I’m getting charged a lot of money and getting nothing in return.

This pho place was soooo good! the atmosphere was so cool, got to play air hockey after meal. Pho had good broth, and was overall sooo yummy! Boba was soo good too. I recommend the taro boba! Staff was super nice and friendly! Highly recommend this place!

This is the best pho around!! The vegetarian pho is AMAZING and actually has a full flavor. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming here, and always down to make a suggestion when you need a little extra help deciding. HIGHLY recommend this place!
