Guy taking orders (the owner) at the food truck today in Alpine was extremely rude to an elderly customer. I have never seen such terrible customer service. He belongs in the kitchen and not at the register. Jambalaya was subpar, mac and cheese was served cold, catfish tacos were flavorless. Even if the food was good, the poor service rubbed me the wrong way. I understand having a long day but if you feel yourself getting frustrated like that, swap out with someone in the kitchen to give yourself a break. Inexcusable!

As long as you like spicy there isn’t any menu item you can go wrong with here! Soooo good!!!! And if Cajun food is new to you ask for a recommendation on what might be best to start out with…and if you like spicy ask for any extra sauces the chef would recommend…the chef has a real passion for food…he knows what he is doing here!
