I came here with a friend and my son. We dined in. It was SO GOOD! They happened to run out of forks and gave us spoons. The turkey wings were so tender I didn’t even need a fork! The candied yams are the best I’ve ever had. I’m a sweet potato casserole girlie… this has converted me to a candy yam believer.
Cute atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is fresh made to order. I wish I lived around here, I’d get a plate all the time!

Me & my wife was hungry late night and ordered the whitening with yams and Mac & cheese and wings with Mac & chees & yams must I say everything was Delicious, Had to stop by to check it out and ordered oxtails with rice and yams must I say delicious and the service was very friendly. The atmosphere is amazing and the patio is Big and beautiful. Nice spot to enjoy delicious food and scenery.

the food is absolutely delicious! I had the fried wings, mac n cheese, candied yams and cornbread and i honestly could not pick which I liked best. The owner was there too and was so kind, I definitely will be back.

I got the chicken and red velvet waffles, with a side of Mac & cheese and corn bread. The food was a 10/10, it was absolutely amazing! I am not the type to leave reviews but the food was truly that good, this is honestly some of the best fried chicken I have had. And don’t even get me started with the corn bread and Mac & cheese. You have to try for yourself to understand what I mean! I highly recommend Mildred’s.

Very good service. Excellent taste. Great outdoor patio. Very kind and friendly service. Chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Fish was beaded and good seasoning. My 12 year old daughter said it was “heaven”. The sides were very good especially the yams and greens. Will definitely go back. Price was right especially if you come for the lunch special.
