The nonalcoholic beverage was delightful- with papaya and hibiscus. The butternut squash soup was also very nice. Faith helped us and she was very kind! I would also try the scallops- they were cooked just right. We were in town for only two days and tried this place.

Scrumptious Escargot sans the shell, Apple Salad was superb using Apple Cider Vinegar, the Scallops were perfect and the Pecan Praline cheese cake was delectable. Be sure to read your receipt for there is a 12% service charge.

We enjoyed our dinner at Mildred’s last night. It was our first time visiting and we were there to celebrate my birthday. Mushroom crostini that we started off with was delicious. Both of us went for the preset 3 course meals after that. My husband had a corn soup which was really good. I opted for a watermelon three ways salad and was not super impressed by it. It sounded unique when I saw it on the menu, but I wouldn’t choose it again. For our entrees my husband had rabbit loin which was delicious. Pairing with cavatelli pasta was perhaps not the best, but rabbit itself in pesto was tender and moist. I went for the lamb. While it was very tender and soft, it had very little flavor and seasoning. Fried crispy cauliflower was probably the best part of my plate. The desserts that they offer were really tasty as well, although I don’t think they were made in house.
Overall, good experience, but not quite up to a 5 star visit.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. The selections of food are interesting and bring a lot of various flavors together on one plating. The portions were a great size if you are having multiple courses, so you don’t leave feeling stuffed. All the ingredients seemed fresh and everything was plated and presented well. I had the quail paired with a fall salad, while my partner had the hen and beet tartare. I was disappointed that they ran out of the dessert I saw in the case when I arrived. The dessert I had was fine, but does not seem to be made in-house. The decor could use some major updating. If you are already eating at a strip mall, it would be nice to have some better ambiance inside. The service was attentive and I would try it again, as the menu seems to change with the seasons based on what’s available fresh and locally.

Farm to table done right, the seasonal menu changes but everything we had was fresh. Tried the seafood special and it was amazing, paired with local veggies. Staff knowledgeable about ingredients. A little loud inside but that’s part of the charm.

Just had the most perfect anniversary dinner here. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best night. The entire team was so attentive. The food was delicious and memorable—everything you could ask for. The 3 course offering can’t be beat.
I had the beet tartarre, scallop entree, and chocolate mouse dessert. All phenomenal and perfectly curated. My husband had the spring salad, pork entree, and strawberry shortcake. Just to echo what has already been said: all delicious.
Such a gem to have in Gainesville. Can’t wait to be back.

Called ahead for a party of 10 and last minute changed to 15 with no problems. The service was great. We had a private room for our group. The appetizers are smaller portions on certain things, so definitely ask on size if you plan to share them. All of the meals have great portion sizes and were delicious! Everyone loved their cocktails, too!! The menu seems to rotate, or at least how dishes are prepared change routinely. The pictures attached are of the Flounder, NY Strip Steak, Sea Scallops, & Braised Lamb.
