The food was good as well as the service. My complaint is with the manager. My 8 year old grandson ordered chicken parmigiana from the child’s menu. When food was served he received the adult serving. We complained. Our waitress was very understanding and talked to the manager about the mistake. The manager was not sympathetic. I’ve experienced several occasions where mistakes were rectified in some manner, not by insisting on charging $27 for an order from the child’s menu.

First time going to this restaurant. I’m not a picky person at all but the Lasagna was the nastiest, mushy barley warm piece of Lasagna I’ve ever put in my mouth. I took one bit and couldn’t do it. That’s fine I still paid for it on the bill because the waitress was told to tell me thats the way its supposed to be and did i want to take it home in which i declined but for a manager to not even come over to speak to me just shows they do not care about their customers. My husband had the Stir Fry and it was more like a soup bowl. We paid but left that on the table barley touched as well. The garlic bread was great and my sons chicken tenders and fries were good. The salad was bagged salad and all the vegetables in my husband’s stir fry were frozen bagged as well. The waitress told me everyone has different taste buds lol Well that’s true but definitely expected more than frozen bagged items for most of our meals. No need to jump on me because I know like every restaurant there are the loyal customers but this is my opinion please go try for yourself.

The pasta sauce USED TO BE the best. Now it’s just super salty tomatoes. Like anywhere else right now, the prices are outrageous. The salad gets all over the place because it’s in a bowl that’s too small. Way too dark inside the restaurant. Can barely see the menu. The acoustics make the place really loud, even if there aren’t that many people there. Can’t have a conversation with the person you’re with.

Milano’s never disappoints! I’ve ordered from Milano’s several times now, and they’ve become one of my absolute favorite spots. The staff is friendly, and my orders are always ready when they say they will be. If you’re looking for a dependable place with great food, Milano’s is definitely worth trying!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Glad we got there early! Seated right away in a comfortable booth. Super fresh bread/rolls and butter…completely out of this world. Next was a really nice and fresh salad. Main course was Chicken Parm with linguini. Holy Moly was this plate huge! 3 good sized pieces of breaded, tender and delicious chicken in an amazing tomato sauce. Just absolutely delicious. My girlfriend had the Milano’s plate which was Chicken, eggplant, sausage and meatball in a tomato sauce!!! Insane amount of flavors. We both had a fantastic time and enjoyed every bite. We will definitely be coming back again. All that food and two drinks for around $70. Very pleased with the service and the food. 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely delicious food served in abundance! We left with extras of everything – not because we didn’t like it but because the servings are so generous. The waitress was wonderful and courteous and brought all the dishes out in a timely manner. I grew up eating here in the 90s and I can’t believe how much better it is now!

This place is garbage. My first time there and the service was terrible, the waiter was garbage and food was basic wasnt even good or worth it with the experience I had. Also charged my card for another tables bill cause the waiter kept messing up his job and his mistake cost me money and charged my card for 2 tables and hundreds of dollars later after being charged when I was only supposed to be charged $60 and some change. Also the worker took no accountability for his actions and tried avoiding telling the manager. Place is garbage
