The first time I tried this place, it far exceeded my expectations. After placing a to go order because I’m not in the delivery area, I arrived to pick up my order. I idiotically messed up my own order leaving a pizza off. They quickly got to work making the pizza and even offered to delivery it to me. I opted to wait until the pizza was done. While waiting, he provided me with a free 20 ounce coke. The customer service was only outdone by the pizza itself. My wife is from New York and said this was the first pizza she had here in Dallas (5 years) that reminded her of home. We had decided this was our place to order from now on.

Great pizza but the customer service is poor and lazy. If you call at 8:30 and they close at 9 then they will try to talk you into doing carry out and not accept your order. Either you close at 9 or you dont.. if you dont want to accept orders after 8 cause you want to go home then change your hours to accommodate for that and not lead your customers on..
I ended up calling mogio’s and they happily accepted my order with a smile on their face! Never ordering again from Milanos lavon!

This is the best pizza in Collin County for delivery or carry out. Only way to make it better – expand and allow restaurant seating and a salad bar. Too bad that hasn’t happened. GO MILANO’S!

If I could give zero stars I would… They should at least get somebody over the phone that understands English when somebody calls and to take in order… Guy had to call me three times back asking me my credit card information again because he couldn’t understand. Choose to go to pizza Getty next time even if you have to go pick it up.
