Best Pizza in the whole Memphis area let alone Eads. If you wanna go somewhere and be always be treated like a friend of the family, this is the place to go.
Also, if you’re feeling like having a stromboli, ask them for the Philly cheese steak stromboli. Secret menu item unlocked. You’re welcome.

My husband and I were headed to Backermann’s bakery in Whiteville on Saturday to pick up a few things. On our way to the bakery we spotted this location in Eads. On our way back we decided to give it a try. I’ve been a fan of Milano’s since I was 16 and went every Friday to the Raleigh Springs Mall. We had a location in the Collierville mall however it closed due to the decline of stores and shoppers. We enjoyed our pizza so much! It was like a date and we ate it in the car. Brought the rest home and had it for lunch today! Amazing! We will drive the extra miles for pizza this good! Great job!

Reminds me of home. My family owned a pizza place when I was a teenager. Definitely family friendly, great service, and wonderful food. We love chicken, bacon, onion, sausage, and pineapple. This is now our favorite pizza… it’s what’s for dinner tonight. Smells great

We looooove Milanos! The pizza is so incredibly good. The sauce is perfect and the dough is phenomenal. Their garlic knots are also very tasty and the cheese calzone I tried was to die for. It may be a little pricier than other pizza places, but it is worth every penny. We usually get an 18” pepperoni and that’s enough to feed at least three people (depending on how hungry they are)!

Wow is all I can say. I’ve been a customer of this location since they opened and have purchased their barbecue Pizza regularly without issue. Today I pick up a slice of BBQ pork pizza. What I received was a cheese pizza with RED sauce which they have decided to sprinkle pork and BBQ sauce on top of. When I called to see what the issue was I was told that they have been making it this way for five years (which is a lie) and that they do it so they can squeeze cheese slices and barbecue slices off the same Pizza. By using a cheese pizza with red sauce for a base instead of what the menu States is on the pizza. Per the menu there should only be pork, mozzarella, and barbecue sauce. Goodbye Milano’s

I wasn’t super impressed with the food, but the workers were nice. I like the concept of the place and getting a pizza by the slice but I think by the time I got my food and they reheated the slice the pizza was just okay. The Supreme slice looked like it as just cheese with the veggies bd mest place in top, not cooked into it.. Maybe I need to go back when they have fresh pizza, late evening is not the move. I did like their fried ravioli though that was very tasty and the marinara sauce was delicious. Garlic knots had a weird after taste to me. Tried it and won’t be going back. Definitely better pizza in the area.
