We chose Milano’s while we were in town looking at houses — it was close by and looked promising. When we walked in, the place was almost empty except for one family, but it was clean, spacious, and well kept. We browsed the menu at the counter, and the owner greeted us right away and took our order. Prices felt a little on the high side, but we chalked it up to traveling.
My wife ordered a DIY salad, but there was hardly any lettuce available, so we swapped it for spinach instead. All the ingredients looked fresh and tasted great.
Our cheese sticks and marinara came out first. They looked good, but once we bit into them, they seemed a bit old — no cheese pull, chunky texture, and tasted like they’d been in the freezer for a while.
Soon after, our pizza and pasta arrived. The pizza had plenty of veggies (which I like), though it was a little light on cheese and sauce. Still, the flavor was good. The pasta was tasty but a bit watery, though it did come with about eight shrimp, which definitely made my wife happy.
We ate until we were stuffed, and the owner even brought out to-go containers for us. Overall, a good spot for pizza and pasta. If we’re ever in the area again, we’d go back!
We ended up eating the rest of the pizza and pasta later that night at the hotel!

It was a very good experience. There’s a gentleman who serves you and he’s very friendly. The food was excellent, too. I went for the buffet and everything was delicious. $14 (Buffet and drink)

I was in the Carthage area and was hungry. So I decided to give Milano’s Pizza a shot and boy I’m glad I did. Picked up a Supreme Pizza and Wings. My only complaint is more of a me thing than them. As I should have ask for no tomatoes. Other than that, the food was delicious. Looking forward to my next visit.

Good atmosphere. Good pizza too, but not quite top tier. I will say that that the ‘other’ items on the menu set Milanos apart—overall it offers something that Broken Arrow doesn’t, simply through options and the ability to sit down with your fam and have a good meal. And the owner is super nice—he goes above and beyond!

Not the cleanest looking dining area, but the food is out of this world! The owner runs the kitchen like a freaking champ. I read some reviews before driving five minutes from my hotel and thought this place might be a Diamond in the rough; it absolutely is. The pizza I got was a small supreme, stuffed mushrooms, and CANNOLI ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I can’t tell you how much I love this place after eating everything I ordered. Customers keep driving to the drive through but I suggest GO INSIDE and meet the LEGEND that is making your food! He’s really nice! EAT THE FOOD!!!!!

Mixed review, I enjoyed the crustless Tuscan chicken very much! Both good flavor and portion size! The Italian salad was wonderful as well! The hubby got the gluten free meat combo pizza, that however was not so good! The crust was rubbery and the meats were odd in texture and taste!

Cool little place for pizza. Ingredients are fresh and I day that because it’s not some big chain restaurant that mass orders are put in. Dough is made from scratch. Not to mention that he makes deep dish pizzas. Place is not fancy but the owner seems like a hard working man. For a small town place, I highly recommend supporting local businesses.
Pizza is delicious, smells good and ingredients are fresh. Dough is cooked perfectly, soft and compliments the taste with the toppings.
Pizza Buffet is only Lunch time.
Salad bar is Luncha and dinner.
