Absolutely horrible, we eat here twice a week and it’s always great , but it’s been rapidly declining, this week, called ahead as usual, waited a hour to get cold thrown together food, the Pizza was ice cold , the wedgie was cold and thrown together an the salad was a mess, There were 3 other customers waiting longer than me asking for refunds. Need to improve big time ! We want be coming back

I walked in to this establishment with a few friends for lunch. The place was well lit and tidy. Immediately to my left was a rather large Christmas tree very nicely decorated and soft Christmas music playing in the background. We walked to the counter and paid for our buffet.
It is very spacious and strategically placed to make it seem bigger than it is as well as flow of traffic. The buffet was nicely placed to give everyone an equal running start for the next pie to be laid to rest on the warmers. It was quite literally a mad dash to the next piece.
The staff were very attentive and came to our table and asked if we would like anything specific. Of coarse, we obliged. Mushrooms!
Great fun, great laughs, great company, paired with great food, made an epic lunch date.
The location is convenient. The prices are comparable, and the customer service was impeccable. If you have a chance to swing by, do so. I totally recommend!

This is an update, we went back to give them one more try after 3-4 horrible tries. They get our order wrong every time, black lettuce took over 30 minutes to get part of our order then mine had stale chips on it, like old as dirt, then the to go order for my daughter in law was burnt and hard as a rock. They have the potential to be really good but they need actual adults overseeing what goes on in the evenings…

Pizza was ok. Chicken Alfredo was sketchy, had a sour vomit taste and chicken was rubbery and slimy. They also got one of our pizzas wrong. This was our 2nd time going and probably won’t be back any time soon. We went on December 9th 2025.

My family and I absolutely love Milano’s. It is so yummy. The alfredo, buffalo chicken, bbq chicken, and white pizza are our favorites so far. I love ordering on the Slice app and picking it up. Super easy and convenient.

The pizza was really tasty. I really enjoyed it. The service on the other hand was not great. The girl treated my father and I like we were an inconvenience to her socializing with her coworkers. She tossed our plates and food on the table with a little too much force and went back to socializing. 3 stars because the pizza was good !
