Absolutely obnoxious customer service. We placed an order at 7:50 PM, they told us to come back at 8:50 PM. I came back at the time posted. They told me the order is still not ready and that was at 9:13 PM . When I asked the girl behind the counter when I’m gonna be getting my order, she told me it will be another hour. .I requested my money back. What bothers me is the disrespect, do not take peoples orders if you don’t have the staff to get it done. The crazy part is they’re still taking more people’s orders and there are people there waiting over an hour. Peoples time is valuable, don’t string people along or say you can do something when you can’t. I don’t need any of your BS AI generated responses or telling me that I never shopped in your store. Which I have. The one star review was earned confidently. Do better people. I think this is the first time I ever left a one star review on establishment. You can’t just have an establishment and drop employees there and expect things to run, if you own a business you gotta be there with your workers and manage the place better..

Worst Experience of my life after 3 years of coming, I will never come back to this so Called Family Kosher Resturant.this happened twice now. but First I called at least 2 times to the place and no one picks up the phone. so I go ok probably busy.so I get there and its barely packed maybe 5 guest. I finally sit down to eat btw I was forced into a area now because before I always pick my corner seat. then the waiter was so rude to us from the start. how does management better yet the owner allow this behavior at all. very unprofessional. when I finally got my food, it was a eggplant parm. it was so uneatable like if it was made with plastic, it was so disgusting that I couldn’t even finish it and I was scared to send it back because the service was so rude. so if I could rate it -5 stars I would because I honestly don’t know what happened with this place.the food, the service, everything. I guess the owners got greedy and tried to change it and be bigger but that was a terrible terrible decision. they’ve have lost another valuable customer. sad to see this happen. The Owners should just Give the Resturant to someone who actually cares about their customers and not try to be the next it thing!!!!!!

I literally never write anything negative about restaurants, and this isn’t meant as a negative review. I’m sharing this because I truly believe the owner would want to know.
Today we came with a group of eight people. The restaurant was maybe 15% full, yet the waiter told us we cannot move chairs or tables. The tone and wording came across as if there was no room for us, even though the place was mostly empty. It honestly felt like an invitation to leave.
To be fair, after those nasty words, he did offer us a table that was about to become available—but by then the damage was already done. The attitude made us feel unwelcome.
We’ve been here at least 20 times—we love the food, and usually the service is very good. But sometimes unnecessary nastiness slips through, maybe from a waiter having a bad day, and it sends the wrong message.
I’m writing because I’m sure the owner wouldn’t want customers treated like that, especially loyal ones. We enjoy this place and hope the experience always reflects the effort and investment that went into it.

We visited this place at lunchtime. The service was very good, but the food was terrible. We ordered spaghetti with pesto, which was too salty, and the pizza was burnt. They don’t offer fresh juices, only bottled ones . I don’t recommend it.

I don’t get what is the point to have a restaurant and act like you are a cheap and barely not put enough cheese on a pizza. I paid $28 for large pie include 2 toppings and still I got a bread with pizza sauce and a little cheese. I mean if the $28 is not enough for you charge more and don’t send pizza with a little cheese.
