Milano Pizza & Pasta has quickly become one of my go-to spots in the neighborhood for a good New York slice. Their Pepperoni slice is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, crispy, light, flavorful, and somehow never gives me heartburn, unlike so many places in the city. All their slices are tasty and easy to enjoy without feeling heavy, and the quality is consistently good.
I’ve been coming here on and off since they opened about a year ago, and today I grabbed five slices (pictured, from the Veggies to the Pepperoni, to my favorite, Buffalo Chicken) every single one was spot on. The crust is crunchy, the sauce is very good and deliciously sweet plus, they give you a free can of soda every two slices purchased which is a really nice touch.
The guys working there are friendly, they offered me a slice tonight as a thanks for my YouTube review and overall this is one of the best Classic pizza-by-the-slice spots in NYC. I wish these guys all the best, they deserve it!

2nd time and excellent both times. The Tortellini and penne Vodka with Chicken was hand made on the spot and was superb! Harry made the experience top notch. The pizza was a level above, solid crust and tasty toppings! Gotta check it out

The best pizza ever I’ve tried in my life, that’s crispy bread and softness melted in my mouth I swear pizzeria near my home doesn’t even come close to it. I’m not fun of pizza but I always bought pizza for my kids brought them many restaurants to try all kind of pizzas but this is was something special for me. Tried one slice of cheese pizza couldn’t get enough and end up with 3 slices at once. And it’s Halal omg I love this place.

This is a college town neighborhood as the shop is right across from The City College of New york. The employees here are very rude. I always come for a pizza after classes. I try to speak as less as possible to them because i know from their face that either they dont speak proper english or will be rude.
Today, i went in for a pizza roll, and the employee burned my food in the oven and despite of me showing it to him, he had the audacity to tell me that it is edible. Before i could take a picture, he removed the sandwich. And instead of offering me another, he was like have a good day.
I am not going there anymore.

I must admit that I have a nostalgic fondness for the former Pepo’s Pizza establishment. They maintained a level of product quality, which was reflected in their competitive pricing strategy.
In contrast, the current establishment employs cornmeal, a practice similar to Domino’s. Nothing authentically, Italian about that.
While their prices may be higher than those of most pizzas in the West Village, the most concerning aspect is the managerial attitude displayed towards long-time customers who have raised concerns about the inconsistencies in their pricing structure and product.
