I went to enjoy this cuisine with the a friend. As soon as I stepped in there was no one at the counter, maybe they were busy… but there was no one in there. When someone finally came out I ordered a cheese pizza and the staff replied “we don’t have that” but they have a pepperoni pizza?
Mind you this is 2 hours after opening. Not to mention all the staff have horrible attitude’s.But the food was good.

Food is good but I ordered an hour early for a scheduled delivery. I called after waiting 30 minutes past the delivery time and was told the driver is up the road. Pizza arrived 40 minutes late and cold. Wouldn’t be as annoying if I wasn’t prompted for an automatic tip when I purchased.

Worst pizza joint in the area, their large is a medium at best with little toppings. Not to mention the staff is miserable when you walk in, doesn’t Suprise me cause it’s a dump to begin with. Last time I’ll give money to Milanos ever.

The food here is really good but their customer service is really terrible, food takes way too long and the employees always have the most attitude I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant I don’t eat pork so when i asked for a slice of cheese I was told there was only pepperoni, I said I can’t eat pork and the response I was met with was, “what do you want me to do about that?” I personally think the employees here have a terrible attitude towards teens and they also often get orders wrong.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent delivery order. We ordered a small, and medium poutine and boneless bites, which took over an hour to be delivered.
Upon opening the food, I was very let down by the poutine. The medium poutine was mostly fries and gravy and contained significantly fewer cheese curds than the small poutine we also ordered. I estimate there were only about 8-10 curds in total, which is truly not enough to justify calling it poutine.
Unfortunately, I did not take photos, but the difference in cheese curd quantity was visibly striking upon opening the container. This was the most disappointing poutine experience I’ve had. I hope this feedback helps you improve the consistency and quality of your food, particularly with a classic menu item like poutine.

I stopped by Milano’s Pizzeria in Russell for a quick lunch while I was in the area for the first time, and I have to say, it was a great choice! I got a small combination pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfect, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area

I guess I’ve been lucky ordering from here a couple of times recently. My pizza was hot, loaded with cheese and toppings and a reasonable price, in my opinion, given the amount/quality of ingredients.
I will agree with others though…. Atmosphere is pretty lacklustre and delivery can take foreeever. But my pizza tasted great, hence the four stars.

Ordered a pizza for delivery online at 3pm. Called them at 4pm because it had not arrived yet. Sounded like they didn’t even get the order at all, and the kid just found it when I called at 4. Then I guess they started my order at 4 because it didn’t get delivered until around 5pm. 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas and a sub. Clearly a very mismanaged pizza joint.

Pizza is very good, but better to not ask for delivery and get it yourself. Usually in 20-30 minutes. Otherwise you can get surprised. Very small place and the kitchen may need to cleaning.
