Horrible customer service; I was treated like crap because I was unhappy with my sandwich; I ordered extra cheese and they put two pieces of cheese on my sub so when I called they proceeded to argue with me about how they didn’t do anything wrong and offered no solution for me. I was loyal until this happened. Who argues with their customers and doesn’t honor any type of reimbursement or offers to remedy a situation? Lack of awareness and any common sense apparently is their slogan

Reviews are based on delays, this is one of the best PIZZA in Boston area. And the homely chocolate cake is amazing. Way better then any dessert served in a pizzeria.

I love almost everything in Milano Pizza!! They have extensive menu and their food is delicious!

I’ve had the eggplant parmesan sub and the gyro burger here from Milano’s extensive menu. The food is consistently good. It’s exactly what you would expect from your neighborhood sub shop. You can expect a decent quality meal here, and it will be tasty.

We were in town for the night, and needed a quick dinner that was close to the hotel. We had a small cheese pizza, and an eggplant Parmesan sandwich. The pizza had a light, thin crust with a flavorful tomato sauce. The eggplant Parmesan sub was perfect, as well. On our way back to the hotel later that night, I saw they were still open, so we ran in for a slice of carrot cake. I highly recommend giving them a try.

This is just based on ordering two slices of pepperoni pizza, but i was not impressed, very greasy, and felt a bit over and under cooked. I would give the place another try for a final verdict.
