The food in this place is amazing and tasty which is why it was our 3rd visit (probably last ) but unfortunately the service the last two times my boyfriend and I visited has been terrible. The last waitress we had (Glenda ) was very careless .. did not check in with us did not offer more water , did not bring bread we had to ask for it the place wasn’t even that busy She’ seemed to want us to get the hell out of there . The family next to us experienced the same she couldn’t even get a water with lemon right .. water / food / brewed was brought by other staff . She never asked us how everything was or if we needed anything very simple things that go a long way .

Third time coming here, food is always great. Service is probably one of the worse I’ve ever had.
I worked in the industry for over 18 years so I should know. This time service was so bad I had to leave this review. Never came to check on us, never refilled water, nothing not a how are we doing how’s the food nothing. The table next to us got the same attention.
I wish the service was better because the food is really good. Probably not going back unless it’s for takeout.

This place is awesome. I was immediately greeted with a smile when I opened the door. Monica was our server and she was fantastic. We had ordered italian croquettes and once we were done she brought us free bread to dip in the sauce the croquettes came with. The lomito perdrito sandwhich and steak cesar salad were fantastic. Will be back for sure!

The quality of the food has really worsened and the service as well. I took my family for dinner and everything we ordered was a mess. The waiter missed two of our orders (from appetizers and main) and my parents ordered a beef Milanese which came as cardboard, it’s even offensive that they let it come out of the kitchen to our table in that state. I ordered the gnocchi which came with the wrong sauce and were hard as a rock. The waiter was rude when we confronted him about the mistake. I used to love this place and bring my family a lot but sadly that won’t be the case anymore.

I went to eat at this restaurant and the experience was very uncomfortable. I saw the owner treating the waiters in a rude and derogatory way almost in front of the customers. The bad treatment towards his staff was evident.
Unfortunately, that atmosphere made my food and even what I was drinking feel unpleasant. It is difficult to enjoy when the environment is full of tension and lack of respect. I think the treatment of employees says a lot about a business.”

It was Christmas night and we were concerned about restaurants being open or not. Upon arrival the hostess greeted us with a huge smile and walked us to a perfect patio table. Arianna and Rodrigo the servers were outstanding. Excellent knowledge of menu both had great attitudes. We shared six tapas dishes, all unique and delicious. Two cocktails. Just over $110 including tip. We will return often when cruising the Key.
