This is a full deli, not just a coney island. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had lunch with our son getting the coney dogs. I had a Reuben and my wife got a BLT. Everything was really good, fresh and hot. Fries were especially nice and crispy.

Had breakfast there today. Food was great. Service was excellent, and the kitchen staff was fast and accurate. Restaurant is very clean, and we loved the decor honoring all the branches of our military. Prices were very fair. Highly recommend for breakfast, and I’m sure their lunches would be excellent too. Give them a try when you are in town. Worth going out of your way for.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service was great. Atmosphere is great. Very clean. This place is a 10! We ordered a Mediterranean skillet and a Milan cheeseburger, onion rings and two drinks. Total was $31. Price is well worth the quality of food, cleanliness and great service.

Omg WOW!! What an awesome place!! Great breakfast and lunch unfortunately they close at 3:00 pm. It’s like a bikers breakfast joint, but even better the tribute they have to the US armed forces flags and pictures on the walls!!
Not to mention the food is generous portions of absolutely delicious cooked to order perfection.
Staff is at the top of their game friendly & just great!! Truly wish they were more places like this around the country.

My goodness, what a delightful place to eat. With an amazingly orderly staff with food that makes you want to drool. A variety of choices from breakfast Mexican style(chorizo & eggs)- the BEST; to gyros, salads, dinners, burgers to sandwiches. Perfect eggs made the way you ask for them. 2nd time now, and the food will tasted even better. Highly recommended with extremely reasonable prices. The ice cream Sunday was my only complaint. I ate it all.

Went for lunch with my coworker. I ordered a coney dog with fries. I asked the waitress the price of the onion rings, she didn’t know. I told her that was fine, I will just have the fries. When my ordered came she bought out onion rings with my order. I told her that I requested NO onion rings. She told me she forgot to delete them but no worries go ahead and have them and she would delete them from the bill. If course I did. When I got my bill the onion rings were on it. I reminded her what she said about deleting them. She took order slip to delete the onion rings but her boss, the owner took it from her. Owner told me she would not delete onion rings because I ate them. I explained what was said by our waitress. Owner didn’t want to hear it and refused. After going on and on about it I told the owner it was not about the money, it’s about what I was told. Owner very unprofessional about the entire situation. Because of this, I will never eat at Milan Coney Island again.

High expectations based on reviews, not disappointed! Service was AOK, very courteous and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and comfortable with lots of seating options. Busy place but still got a spot! Food was great: Simple, no frills, fresh, and well prepared. Will definitely be back for a reliable affordable breakfast. Thanks!
