My fried rice was extremely bland, looked like regular white rice sprinkled with soy sauce never seen a wok. I asked politely to both cashiers for different rice to be prepared correctly, owner got involved told me I was wrong and do not know what fried rice is . Would not give me different food or a refund. Lost a long time customer over .50 cent of rice.
I also had a hibachi steak entree, they asked how I would like my steak prepared. Rare since you’re asking. I get my meal steak is well done, and guess what ? The owner will not have it recooked replaced or give me a refund.

Well unfortunately my once used to be favorite place is going to be no longer because I recently ordered a filet mignon and chicken plate from this location and did not receive the chicken so I called them to find out what they would be willing to do and the only thing they would be willing to do is have me drive all the way back up there with my plates in hand so they can inspect to make sure that I’m not lying even though I offered to do video and picture since I’m sitting down eating my food at the current moment which is why I noticed that I was missing my chicken and since that wasn’t good enough they would rather risk losing business with an ongoing customer of over 20 years then find some way to rectify the situation so I would just say that everybody else check your orders before you walk out the door because they don’t care anymore

This place is fantastic. I accidently ordered my food from a different location and they were able to correct it and make my food very fast. I appreciate their kindness. Super friendly staff. Food it hot and delicious. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Will be returning!

My family and I love eating here. The menu has a wide variety, so there’s something for everyone. The kids enjoy the chicken hibachi, while I usually go for steak. Everything always comes out delicious and hot. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

This has become my favorite spot for Japanese food in Fayetteville. Every time I visit, the service is fast and friendly, and the food is always consistent. I especially love their shrimp hibachi and fried rice. You can really taste the quality. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this place for years and I’ve never had any complaints! Fast and easy takeout, plenty of options, and the food is good. I’ve tried a lot of things but I especially like the hibachi trays that come with the veggies. They load your plate with onions or zucchini, unless you tell them light/no onions/zucchini. Their dumplings are really good and crispy and the country boy sushi roll is good as well. Nice spot for lunch or take out dinner for sure!

Mikoto Express is a hidden gem in Fayetteville. I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, the portions are generous, and the food tastes fantastic. It’s definitely worth checking out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my meal here. The steak hibachi was tender and juicy, the rice was flavorful, and the vegetables had just the right amount of crunch. On top of that, the service was quick and efficient. I’ll be back soon.

I ordered takeout from Mikoto Express, and I was impressed with how well they packed everything. The food was still hot when I got home, and the flavors were amazing. Their steak and shrimp combo is my new favorite. I’ll be ordering again soon.
