Mikkame was so delicious. If you’re looking for something fast but quality food, this is it. The curry tastes more of an authentic Japanese curry, not like the basic Americanized stuff we normally see.

Chinese fast food bar style service except it’s Japanese curry on noodles. Went on a off peak lunch hour, and most items at the bar was dry looking. It was sad looking but we gave it a try to support small businesses.

Paid $17 for mashed rice and desert dry chicken that was sitting for hours. Curry portion was small that was packed separate. Curry was super sweet and not good. My wife and I came to try this restaurant after seeing ads on Instagram with influencers saying how good the food was. First and foremost the service was great and the employees were very friendly and helpful, and the whole restaurant looked clean and tidy, which was great! However, their curry was greatly disappointing. It is VERY sweet, and very thick as well. It does not taste like any other traditional japanese curry we have had, and was so overwhelmingly and off-puttingly sweet that my wife and I had to eat around it, which is fine but their proteins (Chicken Karaage and Pork Katsu) were also kind of bland, albeit crispy. Overall, including the ~$15 price tag, we were disappointed, and if you try this restaurant just ask to try the curry first to understand what I’m talking about.

I came here after running an errand in the area. It wasn’t busy. The register person was helpful with my order which I appreciate. But another staff came in and she wasn’t attentive or friendly. That’s why I gave 3 stars for service. The food was ok. I got the Udon and side of chicken. The Udon was ok and the chicken was cold and eh. I would give it 2.5 stars. The atmosphere was 3 stars. I went into the bathroom and there was no soap. They did have two bathrooms. Also it was super slow and one other set of people came in after me. I wouldn’t come here again.

Love trying new places and was excited to try this place out. The staff was friendly but the food was gross. It was old and the portion of protein was small had more slop of curry and rice to anything else.
