The food was excellent, the vibe was great, and the venue is kid-friendly. Our server was wonderful—very attentive and friendly—though we didn’t catch her name. There was a bit of a mix-up with our final total, but the staff was very professional about getting it corrected once we pointed it out. Everything turned out perfect in the end, and we will definitely be back!
I decided to keep things casual with appetizers, cocktails, and desserts instead of a full meal, since we love that happy-hour vibe — and it turned out perfectly! The food was beautifully presented and tasted even better, and the chef came out personally to make sure everyone was enjoying everything.
The lower stone room was absolutely ideal for our gathering — it has such rustic charm and a cozy, private feel. It’s a space that even regulars say they miss seeing, and it truly is a spectacular spot for a small gathering. I loved that it felt private and special, yet still part of the bar’s fun, lively atmosphere — not tucked away like a traditional banquet room.
There was plenty of space for food, a few tables, dancing, and even our own bartender! The service was outstanding, and everyone left with a smile on their face and complimenting everything!
A huge thank-you to the entire team at Mike’s for making our night such a success!
I reported the incident with the waitress, and she said she would bring the manager attention to it… and that was the end of that.
They have rodent control poison traps outside the restaurant, but nothing in the inside (of course not poison but glue traps…)
It is a shame… good restaurant, so close to home, nice atmosphere but after that, I cannot forget the mice infestation. Sorry. Last visit.
Bully response. You avoided addressing the issue of extremely crazy, inappropriate service. Pics were in a public place and totally legal.

I don’t know what is going on at Mike’s but it isn’t good. We’ve been there many times and it is usually a good stop. This most recent visit was on a Saturday evening. We were meeting another couple wanting to see the live music. We sat at the bar for over 10 minutes before one of the two bartenders finally asked what we wanted to drink. The place was not crowded by any means and I am certain they knew we were there.
Service was slow throughout, yet we stayed for the entertainment. The four of us each ordered a burger or sandwich. Food was just OK. The more miserable of the two bartenders (picture below) came to collect our plates and my friend asked for a takeout box for the remaining half of a sandwich. The bartender got angry and through his dish on the beer cooler in front of him. I can honestly say it was the craziest thing I have ever seen at a bar or restaurant. The woman sitting next to my friend (who we did not know) asked my friend if he knew the bartender who through the dish because she couldn’t believe that a bartender would do that to a patron they didn’t know. Needless to say we will not be going back.
It looked great, but I wasn’t able to eat because it had so much Fig jam on it! It was running down my hand arm, and it was so sweet that it overpowered the flavors.
I also ordered the Ceasar salad with salmon, and that was ok, but the dressing was heavy on the vinigar. It’s wasn’t that good of a dressing.
I had been here before, and we did have a good meal, but I probably wouldn’t go back after this visit.
