I’ve only ever ordered takeout from Mike’s. They have always had my food ready when they said it will be. I’ve never had a bad dish here! I would recommend the Italian Style dishes over the pizza, but the pizza is one of the better ones in the area for sure. They always have fun desserts in the cooler to choose from too. The staff are friendly and the store is always clean.

If you’re from out of town or local, come to Mikes pizzeria Italian restaurant located in Effort Pennsylvania. The food takes you straight back to Mulberry Street. The quality is amazing. The portions are generous, and the quality is excellent! But let’s not forget the value. The pricing is truly affordable for any household budget. The owner Mario is exceptionally talented. His staff is truly amazing.! But don’t forget his server, Kristina we have to service. The place wouldn’t be whole without her. She’s friendly. She knows the menu and she knows how to make guests feel welcome.

We were visiting the area and stumbled across this gem! Ordering online was a breeze, and they offer a nice variety of pizzas, hoagies, and dishes. The location was easy to find, with quick in-and-out access and ample parking.
I ordered a large 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni pizza. It was fresh, the dough was perfectly cooked—chewy and full of flavor! The cheese was plentiful and real (not imitation), and they were generous with the pepperoni. The presentation was much better than Frank’s Pizza. We’ve decided this will be our go-to pizza shop whenever we’re in town!

We hadn’t been to Mike’s in a while because there’s been some new places that have moved in the area that offer weekly specials… What a mistake. This is the best place. The best pizza. Great service, great atmosphere, friendly server. We got a large pepperoni pizza and an order of deep fried vegetables and everything was great and the server was very kind to my grandson. We will definitely be returning because it really at the end of the day. It’s quality over quantity and it’s worth every penny of Mike’s

Was doing a job in the area an decided to stop in Mike’s Pizzeria to grab some lunch. Wasnt expecting much, but was really suprised with the size of the portions that came out. I got the California chicken cheesesteak with fries, an my buddy got a order of wings & fried zucchini. I couldn’t finish the sandwich an the fried zucchini portion was huge. Definitely will visit again

I used to love ordering the pizza and calamari from here but I guess the new owners don’t believe in giving a full plate of food. Charging over $10 for this plate?!?! I thought this was a joke or a mistake on their part, but i had 2 other calamari orders and when I opened it all the other orders looked just as bad. I wish I would have opened this at the shop because I would have just left. And at that, the food was bland. No way to run a business

This will be a first and last time ordering from here ..I’ve had a lot of cheaply made pies in my time but for a place to charge 21$ for a large pie that my 3 year old nephew could make. I’ll save my money! Also, how cheap can you be by putting deli sliced cheese on a pie?

Very expensive, they offten get orders wrong, or take extremely long to get a order together regardless of staff, and people in restaurant. Single slice pizza is good, but you will not get the same share of toppings on a pie. If you are on the run and need a quick bite, its decent, otherwise if your feeding a family for dinner go to dominos, its cheaper, faster, and they dont cheat you on the toppings. Trust me if your from philly dont order cheesesteaks here, they just drop 2 peices of American cheese on top of the meat, its disgusting. I would have given 4 stars if your guys knew how to make decent cheesesteak.

50 dollars for 2 large XRA cheese pizzas….. pizza was so so … probably the greasiest in the area… if they could get that under control it would be much better. Girl at the counter was really nice an the gentleman on the phone was also very nice.
