Great little food truck in a cute courtyard! Glad there’s a roof over most of the picnic tables, otherwise I’d have been eating in my car… Had the veggie grilled cheese, and it was just what I needed to get through the rest of my drive on a dreary PNW day. Chips were awesome too!!

I got both the Turkey Pesto and Bacon Mac. Both are outstanding!
The homemade potato chips that came with the sanny, were crispy and delicious. The turkey pesto reminded me of something my grandma would make with love.
The Bacon Mac found it’s way straight to my heart. The thick cut bacon and gooey cheese is so perfect, I’ll be dreaming of it tonight.

Crazy good sandwiches on amazing homemade bread! Super fresh, handmade and wonderful ingredients! The crunch of the sourdough is what dreams are made of for all you bread lovers! I had the Buffalo chicken and some handmade potato chips and the chicken had been roasted and shredded by them, nice big chunks but good ratios of slaw, blue cheese crumbles and dressing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for more.

My wife and I were really wanting to experience a food truck, so when we went to Arcadia Beach and came back through Tillamook we just had to stop at Mike’s Mac and Shanny Shack. We had looked him up prior to coming and saw that the reviews were stellar!! And they were not kidding!! Kala and I both had the Chicken Caesar Sandwich and she had the Mac n cheese and I had the bacon Mac n cheese.
The chicken in the sandwich just fell apart, in an amazing way,and was so juicy!!! The sauce was savory and the lettuce was delicious and crisp!!! The bread was grilled nicely and had just the right amount of butter spread on it. Oh, don’t get me started on the Mac n cheese! The bacon was cooked to the perfect crisp, and the noodles he uses was phenomenal! It was so cheesy and delicious!! The cheese stretch as you picked up every bite to eat! Oh, and the hot honey sauce was savory and gave the Mac and cheese and amazing kick!!
The guy was really friendly and polite!

Had a turkey pesto from this fantastic place today. Every bite was a perfect blend of flavor between some of the best homemade bread I’ve had in a while. The chips were a perfect match great crunch and not overly salty. 10/10 if you are in the area I recommend stopping by this little gem and having mike make you something to write home about!

Not so good. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich. The turkey was dry folded lunch meat. There was hardly any havarti cheese. It was a pretty bland sandwich overall. Won’t be back.
PS: A month later when I was in town, I decided to wander by and talk to the owner about my review. He was very gracious and accepted feedback gracefully. And he did make me a veggie sandwich which was top notch. So I have adjusted my review from two stars to five stars. Thanks Mike!

Excellent sandwich. Reasonably priced for its quality. Fast, friendly, and made fresh.
I am adamant about French dip sandwiches. And this is one to be reckoned with. The au jus is just the right strength, not too strong and not too watery. The beef is thick, juicy and delicious. That being said the part that perfects this sandwich is the homemade baguette. It has just the right consistency to be soft enough to soak up the au jus nicely, while being firm enough to hold the thickly sliced beef and the sandwich as a whole. Served with some quality crisp chips. This is easily the best French dip I’ve had yet! Thanks mike

Ordered the bacon mac. The portion size was very good, noodles weren’t too soft (bonus points for using cavatappi noodles), and the hot honey was a welcome addition. I found the cheese rather bland, though I’m a Wisconsinite so maybe I’m spoiled

Hi there!! Me and my family came to eat here just a few days ago and the food was delicious! I got the regular mac n cheese and it was great!! The service on the other hand…. we were served by a teenage boy with blonde hair who had little to no manners. A bit arrogant and overall not the best experience Loved the food though❤️
