Today we selected Ribs, pulled pork and Chicken strips. All were really good. 7 bones showed up on the combo plate and I was Stuffed. Two different types of sauce. One just for ribs and another (more brown) for the sandwiches and pulled pork. Great service by Taylor. Check out the upstairs party room. I’ll be back for a steak next time.

Absolutely delicious!! I had baked potato, fried okra, green beans (tasted like my grandma’s ) and Texas toast. Husband had filet, baked potato, salad and Texas toast. Also had fried green tomatoes as appetizer. Every thing was soo good! Our waitress Vi was the best! Look forward to another visit soon!

This restaurant was above my expectations. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I purchased the 10-12oz ribeye steak and turnip greens a cheese potato and salad. My date ordered Catfish corn and a loaded potato, he was so pleased with his food as well. I cannot understand why this restaurant doesn’t have 5 star reviews but hands down one of the absolute best restaurants so far. No liquor but wine and beer was offered.

Ordered grilled mushrooms. Hot in temp, odd flavored though. They came out 60 seconds after they were ordered though, probably not cooked to order.

See photo. Tasted about as good as it looked, asked the waitress about it, she said “I’m sorry that’s all there is, do you want to buy something else additional?”
Wife’s corn on the cob came out cold and dry. She did like her ribs though. I did too. Very good. My asparagus was good enough.
Would be more than happy to discuss this with the owner. Old style BBQ was mediocre at best, but this is atrocious.

I ordered 10 oz sirlon chops, and I received 10 oz of ground beef. No, make sense of them pickup 10 oz of sirloin grind and put the shape of sirlon again. Very disappointing, for a high price and low grade food.

This was a great steakhouse. My husband had the age ribeye with asparagus and salad. I had friend catfish and fried shrimp. The food was seasoned great. We went there for a birthday celebration. My husband went back the next week foe a to go order and we went again for Valentine’s Day. The food was awesome all three times. The food potions was great with wonderful service. I can’t wait to take our out town guest.

We came in as we passed through town. Staff was VERY friendly. Our server was a very polite young man. We ate dinner early, so there wasn’t much of a crowd. Restaurant was very clean.
The salad was okay, wish it had croutons, egg, cucumbers, or more cherry tomatoes. The one big onion on top was not appetizing. The toast had too much seasoning on it. Not even sure what that was.
We are from Kansas City, so we know steak! We both got the ribeye Wednesday night special. It was a very thin steak so I didn’t have high hopes. But it was good. The garlic butter on top was a nice flavor. Overall, the steak had too much seasoning. You gotta let the meat speak for itself. But I was happy there wasn’t too much fat on the cut. The steak fries were good, but way too much salt. Our son had the kid’s burger meal and he said it was good.
Not too happy they charge $1 per person for water, but maybe they do down in this area. The speed of service was great! Everything came out quick and hot.

Wife and I had dinner here last week. Ordered the aged filet and it was excellent. Waitress was great and food served promptly. We brought our own bottle of wine and paid corkage fee of $5.00 which is very fair. Did find charging $1.00 for water on a $85.00 dinner bill dulled the shine a bit on our experience.
