OK, where to start. And yes – it’s fast food in a departure lounge. Ordered the buffalo chicken nachos. Soggy tortilla chips swimming in a soup of quesa Blanco and ranch sauce. Eleven (yes I counted) 1/4″ cubes of food service chicken breast that had never encountered buffalo sauce until they were tossed into the pool together (but still hadn’t met). I could not find any trace of the pepper jack, the green onion was a wasted ingredient, and the “blue cheese” crumbles were tasteless. The table service was friendly… but I won’t be coming back.

They want you to use the QR code for everything. Well guess what?? Some of us don’t use them!! I tried and my order didn’t go through so I was waiting and waiting. Finally asked about it cause I have a plane to catch and was told it didn’t go through. I had to get it to go and when I asked the “waitress” where my food was she gave me attitude. Said it’s coming in 10 minutes! I said i really had to go and all of a sudden there’s my food in a squished box. No fixings and horrible fries. Limp as anything!! $43.00!!! Grrrrrrr!!!

I ordered fried chicken sandwich. It looked fine , delicious and I ate more than half when I get to middle and realized the chicken isnt cooked properly. I get worried and ask for checque, politely point to waitress that chicken isnt cooked, please ensure next time. She was so rude and replied “ohh you will be fine, these come pre cooked”.
Horrible experience and I am worried now if I get sick during my travel. I would not recommend this to anyone, there are other good eateries at airport here at this terminal.

The server with red dreadlocks who worked on 12/5/25 was very brief when taking my order and didn’t check on me at all. Another server ended up bringing my food. She checked on every other table except mine.You can tell she was avoiding me. Despite my being very respectful, she spoke to me with a fake, condescending tone, as if I didn’t understand. It was clear she was forcing it, and she was lucky I still left a tip. She needs to improve her customer service skills. Overall, the food was good, but I won’t be returning because the ordering process is inconsistent. Expecting me to order through the app but take my drink order separately caused all the confusion.

Omg was there on 10/27/2025 at around 3 ish and the server Shannon blond with a ponytail first I would like to say I hate speaking on race but got dang this girl ignored us for one and then when I did ask her a question she was very nasty in her answer. What else can I attribute her attitude to because everyone around she treated them like family. She acted like she was disgusted by even having to speak to us. This was so heartbreaking to be a productive citizen that serve time for my country and get treated in such a matter…..wonder how u r a server and u want to be selective on who u serve….I’m a professional and my god this owner wants return customers he needs to choose wisely. I was only in town weekend other than this moment it was a great trip…. my salad was amazing other waitress Kendra was amazing. This girl here omg just nasty…….and girl Shannon if ye reading this take ur energy to god be a good person to everyone. I’m sure u have grandkids that love u and u don’t want anyone mistreating them for something they can’t help, r had no choice in choosing

What a horrible experience. There is no service other than bringing your “food” to the table. I’m not even sure you can call it food. The fries were very tough,dry, and cold. Didn’t eat more than two. The chicken noodle soup was basically warm water flavored with chili pepper and a few vegetables added. No chicken. I would recommend going to the other restaurants in this terminal.

I only ordered a turkey club and it took a over a half hr to get my order. I should have known when I was ignored for the first 20 minutes after I had been sat down while the waitress blocked At least 6 customers from sitting at a table because “he is coming back from the bathroom “. Additionally whom ever decided the layout of this establishment was not aware of typical travel trends. They had mostly 4 tops in the seating area. These just ended up being 90% occupied by single travelers. Please rethink your layout to match typical travel trends and maybe employe a few more staff members as the wait time and dirty tables are unacceptable. Personally I will never be returning to this establishment. I was served after a woman who showed up at least 20 minutes after me. This place is completely disorganized. The service was absolutely ridiculous.

We had some drinks and the chicken wings, I would give a five star if they give at least four sticks of celery for the chicken wings order, seriously, two tiny sticks of celery for a $20 order of wings, six chicken wings and two (two inch celery sticks .. The whole pack of celery in the store is like a $1.89

This is a good place for the airport. We got the signature burger and it wasn’t spectacular but it was good. Cooked medium like I asked. We wanted to try places we have never been while on vacation. The parmesan fries were good. There’s little cut out areas to be able to see the airport people walking by. Nice place to eat and wait for the plane. Nothing else to really mention, it was like $40 before the tip
