Our table had the Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, Beef Lo Mein, and the Shrimp and Vegetables. Everyone loved their food! The portions were good-sized. The server was attentive. The restaurant and the restrooms were clean. Cloth napkins are always a plus.

Food was ok. But misleading… ordered the chow fun, asked the waitress if it was made with the wide noodles, she said yes but it had thin noodles when it arrived. Didn’t have much taste. The waitress told me before I ordered that the bowl was bigger than the plate so I wanted the larger portion and ordered the bowl when it came it was Tiny I asked her she said that the plate is bigger when I told her she told me the bowwas bigger she said oh well sorry. She didn’t give us napkins had to ask for them. I asked for a fork and spoon she brought a fork had to re-ask her for a spoon. Then they overcharged us on a plate so they had to refund that. Not sure how long she has been there but they need to stay on top of her, service was very bad

Haven’t visited this place in a minute but it had definitely met my expectations and impressed my friend, who had not eaten there before. He said “I see what all the hype is about.” We both ordered lunch specials and a side of chicken chow mein. We dined in and the food was out after not too long. We both were full halfway thru our meal and took plenty of food home. Will definitely return.

The egg rolls were nothing but cabbage. The main meal was acceptable but the service was trash. Our server had quite the attitude, when I asked a question about a dish she just pointed at the menu and said ” it’s on there” mabe we’ll get it to go next time so we don’t have to worry about that part but it will be some time before that happens. I think we’ll stick to Tomo.

I ordered a new mexico roll and a bunch of appetizers to go and picked up the stapled bag w my name on it. When I got home there were my appetizers but no NEW MEXICO ROLL. I would’ve been completely devastated if Allsups hadn’t rescued me with their Hatch Green Chilli Chimi.

Mikasa is great for lunch or dinner. Lunch is more bang for your buck with the selection of soups and salads you can add. Sushi is great A couple days ago I had put in an online order received my food, when I arrived home I noticed they gave me 2 orders of the same sushi. Not a big problem but, I wished it was the one I asked for but at least I got sushi that I paided for. Overall the service is great & the atmosphere is relaxing, business oriented. Give them a try if you haven’t already!

Worst customer service. Can’t admit they made a mistake on delivery order. Will try to blame you instead. Argumentative over it. Online order system will order wrong items and is glitchy. Screen shot everything or save yourself the headache and order elsewhere with a business that owns up and responsible.
