It took more than 40 minutes to get our first appetizer to the table after the order. Sushi rolls and sushi are not as we expected and not delicious. Also price is little bit high compared to other places. However, server was really good with service and she was friendly.

Came here on a recommendation and so glad I did! This place is a gem! Food super fresh and made to order. Crab Rangoon- light, airy, and oh so tasty. Rainbow and spicy crab were also both a hit. Service is first rate. It was a tremendous experience and will return often.

As avid sushi eaters, we know good, fresh sushi and that is why we were so impressed after a recent visit here. Firstly, the restaurant was immaculate! Secondly, the bartender made delicious drinks with generous pours. Thirdly, the waitress was charming and efficient. Finally, while not a huge menu, the food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. It was an excellent value for the meal. We will be back very soon, and you should go!

They have a great set up during social distancing. Place your order by phone, they give you a time for pick and then pick up right at the front. There’s no crowds and they provide hand sanitizer. The sushi is absolutely fabulous and a great option for pick up. In addition you’re supporting a local business. I’d definitely encourage you to try here especially under the current social distancing advice.

Got sushi takeout. Was rather disappointed with the quality. The rolls had wayyyy too much rice and overall wasn’t fresh. It was hard to differentiate the different rolls because everything tasted similar. Cannot speak for the other dishes they offer. Plus side: the person taking my order was super nice and thorough.

This is our go-to sushi/Japanese in town. While not as trendy and fancy as other Sushi place up street, Mikaku is always a good experience. Owner/chef very friendly and personable.

Welp, still looking for my sushi place. Highly disappointed. Food was horrible. Sushi rice should be sweet and vinagery. The rice here was bland and just boiled and that’s it. No salt. The spicy tuna wasn’t mixed with mayo and the salmon nigiri was very bland. We received strange flavored sauces with our sushi too. A sauce that was mixed with cloves and Cinnamon, but tasted very strange. My girlfriend literally ran her mouth under the faucet after trying it. Maybe it was a bad night considering all the good reviews, but we won’t be back. Overpriced too.

Where has this place been all my life? We went in for sushi and were told they had ramen, so we had it all. Amazingly true-to-form Japanese food without the cheap frills you find at other restaurants masquerading as sushi joints. Also, hard to find a place around Worcester with ramen as good as Mikaku. Amazing from A to Z. I will be back again and again.
