Tried the Rising Sun sushi burrito at Mi’Hito Sushi Laboratory and it blew me away. The salmon and crab were super fresh, and the aioli sauce tied everything together perfectly. Creative, delicious and filling!

I love their salmon poke with zucchini noodles!! Super quick and nice service. Fresh ingredients too! Highly recommended!! The food court area is quite small but it’s usually quiet during lunch time with available seats!

Mi’hito is my favourite poke bowl chain, and this location remains consistent. This location is in the food court of Yorkville Village mall.
Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a good variety of sauces and toppings. I always get the Salmon bowl here. Their sushi is also great value.
The person serving me was efficient and friendly.
Seating is available in the food court.
Make sure you load up on the crunchy toppings!

Love their poke bowls (shrimp tempura & salmon)!
They make the bowls in-front if you so customers know it’s fresh. The staff (probably owners) are very kindly and accommodating! Always my go to when I wanna grab a quick lunch from work.

The salmon sushi burrito is delicious. After tax, it came to $17. Ain’t cheap but it was satisfying. I like that it comes in a take out container.

Went to try this place with coworkers. They were pretty efficient making all our burritoes. Flavours were great. I had the salmon rising sun burrito. Good size for a burrito. It comes with a lil soya packet and wasabi in the box. Box was really cute and easy to carry back to the office. Would go again.

They are located inside the Yorkville Village Mall next the the Real Fruit Bubble Tea shop.
I got the Poke bowl with Kimchi Beef.
Pros:
– Customer Service was excellent. The person was really down to earth and helped me with the menu as well as let me have extra sauces to try on the side.
– Portion is pretty big for an item in Yorkville, I got the full size poke bowl salad — came to less than $14
– Unlimited Toppings
– Tastes great
Cons:
– Still pricy but what isn’t these days?
– the lid of the salad is a little hard to open

Disappointing experience, while the service was great, the quality of the food wasn’t. The rice was clumpy and basically inedible. The toppings and the salmon were definitely not the freshest and the salmon’s taste and texture were off. The quality of the food could probably justify its low price compared to other poke chains, however, I’d rather pay more for better quality food.
