We stopped in on our way to Greenwood Lake. We tried subs and ordered a pizza to go. Everything was delicious. Myself I would prefer more sauce on the Meatball sub and the pizza. My husband had a Philly sub no cheese and it was very good. Customer service very nice and employees was welcoming. Restaurant was clean and plenty of seating. I would definitely return in the future.

The young woman that worked today, Saturday 9-6-25 is exceptional. I’ve seen here before but then haven’t for a long time. I’m glad she’s back. She is kind, easy to talk to and runs the front of the restaurant alone yet makes it look easy. She’s dark haired, usually clipped up, pretty and soft spoken. I want to say her name was Alissa? Whoever owns this place should keep her on Saturday mornings service. Great customer service makes a restaurant. Food was wonderful, fresh and fast. I’ll be back next Saturday.

Got a large sub. It was expensive , but it was big. Good roll, nicely chopped meat. So disappointing that it was soooo salty I couldn’t finish it.

I called to address a bad business practice of misinformation amongst employees as to wether or not they sold ice. We have been there twice and no problems. My son went in today and was told no they don’t, so I called (I wasn’t ugly) to see if it was just someone new. I was informed I could but the price doubled. When my son went in the previous attendant was no longer nice and he got a bag that was made for 10lbs of ice however it was only 7 lbs. The sorry attitude and price gouging because my son was a 14 year old kid really aggravated me. I called back to find out where the disconnect was and explained to “the owner” that I drove 15 miles based on information given from employees and the bad attitude, half filled bags, and double price was a little over the top. I was not rude, did not yell or cuss but when I pointed out the price difference from the two previous visits, and how little I was given I was hung up on. I work in customer service, don’t own my own business but this was definitely not the way to generate a positive opinion. We would have overlooked burnt grease black brown chicken tenders and bad cheese on pizza to support local business but not now.

Online prices were egregiously wrong. The website says a cheese pizza is Sm $6.99/Lg $12.99. The actual prices, after ordering on the phone and walking in, were Sm $9.49/Lg $14.99.

After ordering lasagna to go, I got home to discover the wrong order in the bag.
When i called to correct the order , the owner Kostas began to yell , suggesting its was not only their fault but mine as well .
He sat at an outside table with another customer marking illegal parlay cards , gambling on college football.
