So the pictures attached are what is being posted in clear view of customers from the counter. This is absolutely not the way to handle disciplinary issues, and any manager with any sense knows that. This goes to show how the employees are treated here. This is terrible leadership from everyone involved, and is clearly coming from corporate, and an area/district manager, down a chain of command to store management. It’s no wonder this place can’t keep any employees or managers around, and are always short staffed. Hence there’s only 3 total people working during a busy peak, and it then takes 20+ minutes to receive what was ordered a lot of the time. Numerous other reviews have said the same, and some other restaurants are NOT this short staffed. Maybe the corporate and district/area manager should worry about those issues instead of someone’s shirt or name tag. Also, the flies at the pop machine up front are gross. But how does the company expect anyone to get to it when there’s 3 people working????? Incredibly mind boggling how whoever is in corporate/district management here still has a job.

No sauce for 20+ burritos on a $100+ order and was told by the employees and district manager I would have to pay for a bottle if I wanted any. The quality and service have gone downhill over the years, and this was the final straw. Is a few packs of sauce on the side worth losing people who are willing to pay over $100 for food here? Apparently the answer is yes for management here.

Jared makes the best super mighties. I had, not the worst, but a significant hangover this morning and let me tell you – when I ate my super mighty at 11 AM, I felt restored. I felt refreshed. It was probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten from any Mighty Taco. Jared outdid himself.

Don’t go to this mighty taco. If you do, check your receipt because they will rob you. I went there yesterday and ordered a 1 super might. 1 Nacho’s 1 mighty taco and two hard shells and one bowl. I got home and looked at the receipt, and there was an extra taco (beef deluxe) on there. So I paid for a taco I never ordered and didn’t even get the taco in my bag. Probably pocketing the money

Worst mighty taco ever always wait super long for food tonight waited over 10 minutes at the drive thru window for a el Nino and empanada. You’d think it’d be put together well but was slop and looked like it was put together in 5 seconds. But yet let’s give them 16 dollars an hour. Just close this one up. Pure garbage

Ordered a quesadilla, instead got a fajita. Ordered a Buffito and got a taco that looks like it was slapped together by my 1 year old. Staffing is an issue-I get it, but if it’s that bad maybe you need to close temporarily and staff appropriately.

Got drive thru for myself and friends in from out of town after years of raving about “Buffalo’s Mighty Taco”. Food was very bland and the Super Mighty’s had almost no meat on them and the meat had very little seasoning on it. All you could taste was the cold Medium sauce and sour cream. Large Buffitos were small and the chicken was lukewarm inside. Empanadas were awful. No one went back for seconds on anything. What a waste of money. They even noted that there was a Mexican restaurant across the street and probably would have been cheaper than what I spent. Very disappointing and probably won’t be back. Embarrassing…

By far the slowest moving drive thru I have ever experienced. I’ve given it a few chances and every single time I’m sitting in line for over a half hour. Even when they don’t have in restaurant service and it’s only drive thru line they take foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
