I asked for a super beef on white x tomato sour cream no sauce.
The beef was too hot, not enough sour cream to tone it down and barely any tomatoes on it. Not worth the 7.00 and change j paid for it that’s for sure.

Im very sad. I have been going to this location for years and just had the worst meal. My husband picked up in the drive thru tonight, sunday around 6:15. Waited forever. All we order was a super mighty regular and a super mighty XL ground chicken. Not sure what we got. White shells were stale. XL was small and the regular super had pieces of chicken and sour cream. Unedible. No receipt was given. So sad i was really looking forward to having a mighty.

The woman at the drive thru was nice. Who ever prepared my bean and cheese burrito was TERRIBLE. It was absolutely disgusting. Falling out of the shell, all over the paper and on top of the taco shell. Horrible prep. Never again.

I am a vegetarian and I ordered rice bowl and veggie quesadillas and it was the most disappointing food i ever had in my life. No taste, no flavor and cheese in quesadillas was not melted and it was just a thick layer of unmelted cheese and peppers and in rice bowl it beans were stringy. I immediately started feeling nauseous after eating two bites of food. This was my worst experience ever.

Horrible customer service. Live right around the corner so didn’t bother checking the order but when we did noticed the order was wrong. Called immediately and the assistant manager Brian didn’t apologize or show any understanding for the mix up. At one point I thought he hung up since he wasn’t replying to anything I asked. Didn’t offer anything to make it right and said he needed my email so corporate could send me coupons. I do not want coupons. I want my money back or the food I ordered. Our order is usually wrong and we never call or complain but for it to be handled like this is very unprofessional

Seen the won best taco 2024, they must have only ordered 1. I just ordered a mighty pack 4 hot s.c. no tomato 2 just lett/cheese. Got that messed up. Then a super pack 2 med sc no tomato to just lettuce/cheese. The 2 med had tomatoes havent gotten to the other 2 as my kid is at a game right now. So totally not even close to the 45.60 I spent. So yeh after years and years of messed up orders and not even a care for compensation im out.

Once – just ONCE I would like to get what I order! Everything I ordered with sour cream had none – and BOTH items were even MARKED as having sour cream. I ordered items with hot sauce that had NONE. I seriously would just prefer to go back there and make it myself – seeing as I’m paying for all this sauce and sour cream and NEVER getting it!!

So the pictures attached are what is being posted in clear view of customers from the counter. This is absolutely not the way to handle disciplinary issues, and any manager with any sense knows that. This goes to show how the employees are treated here. This is terrible leadership from everyone involved, and is clearly coming from corporate, and an area/district manager, down a chain of command to store management. It’s no wonder this place can’t keep any employees or managers around, and are always short staffed. Hence there’s only 3 total people working during a busy peak, and it then takes 20+ minutes to receive what was ordered a lot of the time. Numerous other reviews have said the same, and some other restaurants are NOT this short staffed. Maybe the corporate and district/area manager should worry about those issues instead of someone’s shirt or name tag. Also, the flies at the pop machine up front are gross. But how does the company expect anyone to get to it when there’s 3 people working????? Incredibly mind boggling how whoever is in corporate/district management here still has a job.
