Lost a star only because of service. The vibe was cool the desserts were amazing . But this was our first time being here and the blonde young employee had very poor customer service. There was a long line so we asked if we could look first(because we had zero clue what they had here) and she instantly had an attitude. Was a little condescending and acted like I was a complete idiot when I asked what size cappuccinos they had. She came back after we found what we wanted and rudely said “so are you getting something or?” We ordered three items my daughter and I were sharing she gave us one fork lol and when I asked for a second she rolled her eyes and just kinda slammed it down like um ok? when new people come into your business you would think you would want to make a good impression?!

I brought my niece, Jezinnie here on 8/11/23 when I searched this place on Yelp. I was anxious to try this place. I had bookmarked it for awhile.

Locally owned Parisian bakery cafe and not a franchise. Owners, Maximus and Ella were inspired after a trip to Paris which help them to achieve this. Cafe is located downtown near cross street: N Freya Street and E Sprague Street. Next to European Delicatessen and Carpet Barn. This is a modern French bakery which offers a wide selection of bakery sweets and goodies:

-Macarons Ice cream
-Assorted teas
-Italian sodas
-Occasional drink flights (summer/valentine, etc)
-Chai tea
-Lattes
-Gelato
-Sorbetto
-Specialty Hot chocolate
**Too many drinks and pastries to list.

They make everything organically.
The menu is a good sized menu. There were so much to select from. My niece decided on the Tiramisu which she loved. I enjoyed it too. I decided on crème brûlée. It was as they say in French “C’est magnifique!” LOL! I also had jasmine peach tea which was good. My daughter, Kaylah visited 12/15/25 and ordered strawberry Italian soda and almond croissant. She enjoyed both.

The workers were really nice and helpful. This place has a very large interior. It’s clean and bright.

I’m excited to try other items on the menu.

Saw this place online and I wanted to try it. They have a pretty good selection of desserts and croissant sandwiches. They also have coffee and tea. We had a seasonal cake as well as some different macarons. It was very cute inside and decorated nicely. It had a really modern vibe. Everything we tried was delicious. I did want to try the Dubai chocolate but for $16 I had to pass. The only downfall was that it was a little pricey. I would come back again. Great service.

A Dessert Lover’s Dream – Passion Fruit Perfection and French-Inspired Craftsmanship

Mi Flavour is hands down one of the best dessert spots I’ve visited—a true gem in Spokane that showcases artistry, flavor, and hospitality in every bite. I fell head over heels for their Passion Fruit Tart, which hit every note I was hoping for: ultra-creamy texture, a vibrant golden-yellow hue, and that just-right tartness you dream of in a passion fruit dessert. The crisp outer crust added a satisfying contrast, while the lightly charred cream topping brought an elegant, brûléed finish. It paired beautifully with black tea, though I imagine it would be just as stunning with a good cup of coffee.

Another standout was the Pistachio Rose Bergamot Cake, which had a unique flavor profile. While it wasn’t as memorable on its own for me as the tart, it melted beautifully when paired with hot tea, especially in small, delicate bites. The presentation was also worth noting—gorgeously decorated, making every dessert as visually appealing as it was delicious.

What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to ask about my flavor preferences and explain how each dessert would taste or differ—something I rarely experience at this level of attentiveness.

The seating is somewhat limited, so during peak weekend hours, you might have to wait outside. But trust me—it’s worth it. It’s no surprise Mi Flavour holds a stellar 4.7-star rating, and it more than lives up to its reputation.

What impressed me most was their commitment to making everything from scratch—a rarity these days—and the fact that their production quality rivals, if not exceeds, conventional methods. From their French-inspired desserts to the lovely bacon pastries, everything reflects care, precision, and true culinary passion.

If you’re in Spokane and love thoughtfully crafted desserts, Mi Flavour is a must-visit. I’ll absolutely be coming back—and next time, I’m bringing friends.

Their fancy croissants are so good. I love the Raspberry one.their Macaroons are also very delicious! Bought a viral fruit dessert and it was 7/10… the orange one was chocolate mousse with a tart orange filling. Maybe I’ll try the raspberry one next time around.

I was disappointed to find that my purchase was not worth the expense, as one item had an interior resembling curdled mousse, and! experienced stomach problems afterwards, resulting in my decision not to return to this business. The flavors were not the best. The blackberry lime was curdled inside and flavor was not my thing .. the strawberry champagne was oh k , the passion fruit had no flavor tell you bite the fruit inside. The chocolate cherry was the best out of them all.

Amazing variety of desserts! I got the Dubai chocolate with my mom. The strawberries were bit mushy and I wish they spread the chocolate out better. But we also got the chocolate cake which was amazing.

I went to get the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup from discovering them on their FB page. It was heavenly! They had perfect crunch to their milk chocolate, and it wasn’t overly sweet. Perfect balance with the strawberries. I’ve told all my friends about it. My daughter loves their fruit treats and they’re all so delicious.

Dessert is their thing, loved the pastries we got. Didn’t love the coffee flight I got and the store is SO DIRTY. Dying plants, mold under their freezer and under the bench by the plant wall. Bad look for a place with food.

Went in over a week ago, the desserts taste like they have been frozen and thawed. Pretty dry and for having “flavor” in the name you would think they wouldn’t just taste like sugar. I lived in France for 5 years so I was excited to find out there was a “modern French bakery” in town. Which I can only assume the “modern” part is their own twist on classic French desserts/pastries. But it clearly just means adding a bunch of sugar in the good ole American fashion. Also the prices were pretty steep for desserts that are just as sweet as a grocery store bakery.
