Had a fantastic first time at Miega, a little difficult to find but made the experience even better (on the 2nd floor). They were playing kpop music videos when we arrived and it was pretty busy for a Sunday evening.
The food and service were wonderful, the owner and staff were so kind and helpful with cooking/flipping and cutting the meat (we were novices and I tried my best). Included refills on banchan and ssam.
We chose BBQ and ordered plain pork belly and seasoned beef bulgogi, the portions were great for 2-4 people. We would have had leftovers but it was too good not to eat. Also the ginger tea came in a HUGE mug – great for sharing.
Fyi there is a minimum order of 2 options for bbq. We tried to order gimbap as well but they ran out of rice and some ingredients. It was understandable since it was the end of the night and the food we got was more than enough! Will definitely be back.

Delicious food, fabulous service, fun family friendly atmosphere. We came here 10 years ago and loved it but could never remember where it was. Stumbled upon it while visiting a relative receiving care at Cleveland clinic. It was my daughter’s birthday and they treated her like a princess! This time I’m bookmarking it so we can definitely come back!

Excellent and very authentic Korean bbq!! Amazing taste of beef bulgogi and marinated pork belly. We were 5 people and ordered the combo 3 which it said it was for 4 people so we ordered one extra meat. When the food came, it was a huge dish that could easily feed 6 people! The little side dishes were also very tasty and they kept refilling them. Overall a great experience, and I recommend it end would definitely be coming back!

We LOVED Meiga! We are visiting from out of town, and chose this specific Korean BBQ spot because of the reviews. It did not disappoint! The marinated beef short rib is the showstopper so do not skip that! My boyfriend was obsessed with the steamed egg.One of the members of the owners’ family served us and she was so sweet and kind. We have nothing but rave reviews.

OK, I know there’s many Korean restaurants in Ohio, but I’m here to tell you I tried most of them but, this is the best one yet!! if you want authentic real Korean food in a real Korean restaurant and you wanna feel like you literally just went inside of a K drama And tried all the delicious food you seen in one of your favorite k dramas then look no farther! This is the place!! The food is beyond amazing the service is top-tier and the location and culture is top-of-the-line. You seriously will feel immersed in Korean culture.

Hidden gem in CLE!!! Probably best Korean in town. Family owned and authentic. People inside speaking Korean and made me feel back home in SP Brasil in our Korea town (shout-out to Bom Retiro!). Service was also a ten outta ten. Will be coming back!!!

An incredible Korean dining experience! The kimchi soup is a must-try, Jajangmyeon is flavourful, and the Mul-naengmyeon is super refreshing. Don’t sip the Bingsu for dessert it’s the perfect sweet ending. The staff is genuinely warm and welcoming. Easily one of the best Korean restaurants around.

Miega is one of the best Korean bbqs in the US that we have tried. You are hit with the smell of delicious grilled meat once you walk in, and it feels like you’ve been transported to Korea itself.
Only half the restaurant is set for kbbq (so reservation is recommended). The other half are regular tables that serve their ‘regular’ entrees.
We tried honey garlic wings to start and loved everything about them. Also the fact that they give you gloves to eat the wings is a plus.
For the bbq, we tried LA Galbi, Pork belly (Sam gyeop sal), thin sliced spicy pork and beef boneless ribeye. You can tell that they serve high quality meat. LA galbi and ribeye were my favorite.
Our server was exceptional. He cooked the meat for us and suggested the best way to enjoy each cut of meat. Their soft tofu soup and steamed egg go well with the bbq, along with the extensive banchan side dishes they provided.
Beware that you will have that strong kbbq odor on your clothes afterwards though.

Absolutely amazing place, each dish was delightful. You could really taste the flavours and it being run by a family was cherry on top. Everything tasted fresh and the Banchan were refreshing. Must visit for anyone who loves authentic home-made Korean meals.
