Nice diner here in Elizabeth right across from the Wirt County Courthouse. Extremely nice staff, good honest food, and prices are fantastic.
I ordered the double cheeseburger (I had them add mayo, onion, pickle) – I didn’t get a side or anything just the burger and a tea.
Food arrived fast and was perfect. Too many places ruin their burgers by trying to make them different or “smashed” these are fast juicy traditional burger patties on an untoasted bun, with thick yellow American cheese. Feels like a family cookout.
Glad I stopped here!

Best diner I’ve ever been to for sure. Their food is amazing, the workers are super nice, and the atmosphere is so welcoming it feels like walking right into home. Wait times are very short and the food is always hot.

When ever I come to WV, this has been my go to spot with my father. While I hadn’t been down in 11 years the food here was still good.
I had gotten an omelette and side potatoes with gravy. It’s nothing fancy but it’s good cheap food and the staff are nice folk. I will continue to come so long as the food stays good and the place stays open!
