Didn’t seem like anyone really wanted to help me upon walking in. Paid for a patty melt and it isn’t really patty melting. The bread isn’t toasted. They did not add the bacon that I paid extra for. The fried crab claws are as good as always. This is my 6th time eating here and my first time being disappointed, maybe today just was a bad day.

Decent food and a fun atmosphere. We came here on a Thursday night at 8pm for bar trivia. The restaurant was full but we were seated quickly and had a fun time. The fried crab legs were salty but still okay!

First timer! There was probably not even 10 people inside at the bar. I placed an online order. Customer service is gone to the pits. The lady behind the bar asked if I had a pick up order…no hey,how are you,may I help you. She retrieved my order and simply handed it to me. No thank you, come again…dog,cat,nothing…..
And this is why I never pre-tip for pick up orders. The way I am treated determines how I respond with tips. I could understand if the place was busy..
Anywho, the patty melt is delicious! Haven’t tried the wings yet.

My favorites here are the crab claws and blue chips. It’s literally all I get so I can’t speak too much on the food. Environment is typical bar vibes. Can be pretty loud. Someone else in the reviews mentioned a rude server and I know exactly who’s she talking about because I had the same experience. Waited forever for her to acknowledge me at the bar and was very uninviting. No hello or anything just “pick up order?” Went today and had a guy who was nice and pleasant.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!it’s a must I go to bar foods anytime I’m in Savannah. The meal was PERFECT!!!! Presentation was amazing. The taste was so on point. It hit the spot! Full flavors. You can tell these dishes are made with love! The chef came out to make sure all was perfect. AND IT WAS! The waitress Natalka was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, enthusiast, kept our drinks full, and kept it a pleasurable experience! She needs a raise. I’d give this place 6 stars if there was another star.

Owners are great. Most of the bartenders and servers are excellent. Noticed the shift in the last few months after a few bartenders left. Madison is rude and lacks any customer service skills

$15? For buffalo chicken dip? and this is all I got? Please be so for real.
The burger and cheesesteak pita were good, but they did not outweigh the pitiful appetizers i spent $15+ each on.
Also there needs to be more accurate “estimated pick up” times. My order took an extra 20 minutes to be ready, after the original pick up time they gave me when my order was confirmed.
This was really disappointing for me. Everybody raves about this place on the Savannah Foodies facebook group, but it was a serious let down.

Great Bar & Grill tucked into a beautiful neighborhood. Exceptional appetizers, especially the slider trio. Trio includes cheeseburger, pulled pork or chicken sandwich. Try the chopped thai salad or Philly cheesesteak pita. Wings come in 10 or 24 count with multiple add-on flavors. Lovely mixed drinks and tap beer. Live music Fridays & Saturdays.

We go here sporadically bc uts close by and a good place to just kinda chill and have a few beers with locals. Last night we got there about 915 and they were already closing. Putting chairs on tables etc.. one guy came in and asked how long they are open and bartender said “about an hour or more idk” according to Google the hours are till 12? If thats not right that needs to be updated. They asked us if we wanted 1 more at about 10 we said sure.. by 1015 the bar stools around us were literally ON THE BAR and floors being cleaned under our feet. We work in the hospitality industry we get it,we get shutting down early if business is slow but when you make the business slow that’s another thing. if they aren’t open till midnight fix the hours on the website closing 2 hrs early is alot. Also don’t spray bleach around ppls drinks.. you lost probably about 5 customers in 30 mins bc ppl definitely felt awkward. We saw customers walking in and walked back out bc they assumed they were closed bc they also shut the lights out as we were sitting there. The 2 that were working the bar just kept complaining how much they didn’t want to be there. I attached a photo that was taken at 1018.

AMAZING!!!!! My nephew and I had drinks and split the French bread pizza and 10 wet lemon pepper wings on Tuesday night. Best we’ve ever had. The wings were crispy and the house ranch sauce was EVERYTHING. The pizza wasn’t that hard French bread you got for lunch in middle school either. It was soft but not soggy. Naturally, we had to stop by with the rest of the family to end our vacation on Wednesday morning. I had the shrimp and grits and my nephew had the oxtails. The grits were PERFECT!!! Thick and creamy but not runny. The micro greens were an excellent touch. The crab lumps were a pleasant surprise. This is NOT a dish you eat and take a long ride. This is an eat and take a nap type of deal. I did not try the oxtail because I looked over and my nephew’s bowl was EMPTY. So I’m guessing it was divine. I also got the Big Bird chicken sandwich to go and let me tell ya, it was STILL GOOD two hours into our drive home! The service was great. We got there early and got to speak with Chef Courtney who also shared with us some of the locally sourced ingredients used for the dishes. They didn’t have coffee but our server went to the cafe and got my mom the best cup of coffee she’d ever had. That’s above and beyond service. Definitely someplace I will be frequenting whenever I’m in Savannah.
