Really great value and absolutely delicious food! The katsu chicken curry is a standout — generous portion, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. The menu has a good variety of options, and everything comes out fresh and nicely presented. Service is friendly and quick, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re after tasty Japanese food!

We are very impressed with the transition of this little restaurant. We came here a couple of years ago and didn’t have a good experience until recent.
The food is delicious, with good portions at a reasonable price, and the staff are super friendly. It has become one of our favorite places in Hobart! Well done!

Loved the food at this restaurant. Visited twice on our trip and ordered the Midori special set both times. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. Food tasted very fresh and healthy. Service was warm and friendly. Will 100% come back here next time we visit Hobart.

Absolutely amazing. Got sushi ramen and the katsu chicken curry started eating the sushi and knew i was in for a treat. All the meals got better and better. On a side not this was an uber eats order that took nearly 40 minutes to get to me and the food was still great. 100 percent recommend.

Food was ok-ok, place was ok. Sushi and bento boxes probably tasted better than the ramen. The spicy ramen felt more like a Chinese noodle dish than Japanese, but it was edible. We were just happy to find a place to dine mid-week in Hobart.

Excellent customer service with nice and fresh food. They can modify your set menu and choose accordingly. The service was quick and not huge crowded place, you can definitely sit and relax to enjoy your food. Plenty of street parking available outside, but it might be busy if turn up during the lunch hour on business days. Overall I would recommend this place.

Nice little place to go if you’re feeling like wanting some Japanese cuisine.
Had called ahead and booked in which was a straightforward enough process. Nicely decorated and colourful which added to the mood. I would recommend grabbing a window table as there is a good view to be had with the intersection near so you can watch all the hustle and bustle of people and traffic going by.
The staff were friendly and the service was very good. Food didn’t take took long to get to me. Although very good I can’t say it’s the best I’ve had. But the very reasonable pricing made up for it.
I wouldn’t hesitate going again and if I was to take family and friends out as my treat then at least I know it wouldn’t break the bank.

I am not gonna lie, we ordered too much but every single time an item came up, it was so good and i can’t believe it to be frank. It didn’t cost too much, the food was fresh and warm especially in cold tassie weather.
