I came to this place very hungry as I had not eaten since 5 pm the day before as I was sleeping and recovering from my trip to Maui.
This day was 101° outside, and they had the same sign on the door saying that the AC wasn’t working too well, which has been up for almost 2 years. I mentioned that maybe it was time to get a new AC, and the young lady who sat us down said they had just gotten one a year ago, which doesn’t make sense because you would imagine it would have a warranty with it or that they would still get a new one so that they’re customers can eat comfortably. This made me think that they probably don’t want to spend the money on the AC for their customers. It also makes me think of places I’ve seen where the cooks are sweating all over the food and wondered if their temperature in the kitchen was just as hot or hotter than it was in the restaurant.
As I am older, I mentioned that I was worried about eating in a place that warm because I’ve suffered heat related conditions in the past before, which makes one more prone to them.
They did seat me in front of a fan on the floor, so that was nice but I didn’t see any other fans for other customers.
The service was not that great once the food was served, our waitress never came not once to ask if we needed any more refills or anything else (so I didn’t really want to tip at all bc that’s not me, but I did tip $5).
I ended up drinking my daughter’s glass of water because everybody sat down to eat Including our waitress, and I felt bad getting up to ask any of them for anything, not even water.
I wasn’t sure if this is a passive aggressive behavior due to my AC comment, but I hope they are more professional than that.
Last comment was that my 18 y.o. and I agreed that the lemon chicken was dry.
The hot n sour soup was delicious and so was the fried rice. My daughter also liked her Thai tea. We loved the tomato beef.
Unsure if we’ll be back. We might give them another try. Maybe in the winter or to go.

Excellent Chinese food. Mama Chin is wonderful! Very nice cozy family run restaurant. Calamari is great. The Triple Seafood Delight, Mongolian Beef is fantastic. Service is amazing and atmosphere is very good. We will definitely come back! Thank you for great food Mama Chin!

1/25/25 first time here I was impressed by Joe and Victor Customer Service greeted at the door seated immediately clean bathroom, clean restaurant and food was freshly made hot. You could tell that it was flavorful and made with love because lol I didn’t have no indigestion I will be coming back the pricewas reasonable and it put a smile on my wife’s face. See pictures.

Looks like the restaurant changed hands recently. While the quality of dishes is pretty much the same, the fried rice wasn’t great. First they got the order wrong and when they redone it it was just steamed ricemixed with chili paste and some broccoli. It was a bit bland and could smell the steamed rice more than the typical fried rice flavor. Rest of the dishes were great. I am assuming it’s just one off thing. Will come back and try once more. All the other dishes are 5/5.

This is our 4th time ordering from here! I was shocked that we’d never tried this place and even moreso, that it was amazing! My husband treated me by purchasing foid to prevent me from having to cook. He ordered the blackened green beans (favorite), and the garlic, fried prawns. We have the instant sticky rice from Costco (bomb) already. The owner (Mama) gave him some sweet n sour sauce as a condiment. It was totally delicious!!!! TRACY, DON’T SLEEP on this foodie heaven!

Poor experience. They gave us orange chicken while we asked for chicken szechuan. When we asked them to replace they took the orange chicken and tried to change that itself. We ultimately had to throw it.
